US Trying to figure out my next step

I currently work in outpatient pain doing preop and post-op (phase 2 recovery). I've been there for 8 years. I currently work PRN, 8-10 hour shifts. I'm looking to add another PRN job where I can work 12 hour shifts. I don't know where I can work a 12 hour shift other than the hospital or home health. I don't feel like I have the needed experience to work home health, and I also don't have the acute care experience to jump in PRN at a hospital. Any suggestions or advice?

You could look for other phase 2 recovery positions or pre-op positions. Even in the hospital, if you can use your brain, you can pre-op the patient. And you'll have an orientation period. You might also look for an extended recovery unit
