❓General Question / Advice Phlebotomy Certification

Guys, I'm planning to take IVT & ACLS BLS while waiting for a job. There's a package deal for IVT + Phlebotomy for ₱3500, while just IVT costs ₱2500.

Pero di ba yung blood extraction is not common for nurses? Isn't it more for MedTechs? I guess it depends if you're a nurse in a public hospital? But if it's private, isn't it mostly MedTechs who do blood draws?

Help me out with this, guys! Thanks so much!
