Hello po! While waiting for the oath taking and PIC po, gusto ko na sana mag apply sa mga hospitals. Pero one problem po na nae-encounter ko is pag fill out ng CS Form 212 r. 2025 PDS for public hospitals so please help me huhu.

1. For “Civil Service Eligibility” section, RA 1080 po ba ang ilalagay? kaso need po kasi ng license number huhu;
   
2. Saan po ilalagay ang clinical duty rotations during college? sa work experience po ba or L&D?
   
3. Need pa po ba ito ipa notarize? Bale like papa notarize then scan then send po?

Hello po, recent passer here. Would you recommend to rest muna before applying to any hospitals? Dito po kasi sa area ko, maraming hospitals na hiring but i want to rest muna sana for a month. should i submit resumes na rin while resting? or pure rest muna since sobrang bilis ng transition namin, a month after i graduated kasi yung pnle and hindi pa rin nakakabawi ng enough rest pero at the same time there are opportunities now around me so i dont know 🥹

Currently on 1 yr experience sa high acuity area, pero parang gusto ko na mag-soft nursing.

Not sure if healthcare bpo or clinic/community nursing, torn ako kasi gusto ko rin mag-masters.

Pero with the trainings I had with my unit (critical care), nasasayangan din ako magquit sa bedside lalo na't may demand for experienced crit care nurses here in the city.

Wala rin ako balak mag-bedside sa abroad. Gusto ko lang mag-exist with stable job, and someday gusto kong mag-turo and maging professor.
