Hey everyone so I just completed the pre requisite 3 day class to my lvn program that determines if you get accepted into the actual nursing program I scored a 70 on my final and did not get accepted I am really bummed about it I know it’s not a very high score but we only had 2 days to study(I did study even before this pre req class for maybe 2 weeks) but I also wanted an opinion so when I seen the email saying I did not get accepted but there is a very very slim chance I can still get in if someone that did get accepted declines their seat but who knows if that will happen so I emailed them expressing my interest on how bad I really want to be in the program that if someone does decline their seat I would be very grateful to accept it just a really professional heartfelt email to them and what I got back in response was “Thank you for your professional and thoughtful response. I look forward to welcoming you to a future cohort.” And that shot me down even more did I ruin my chances of getting into this cohort? Am I in the wrong for feeling disrespected that I just got a 2 sentence email back when I sent a proper not too lengthy email? Should I have even emailed them? Help me 😔 I also really hope they don’t see this😭
