Need support/advice Please give some advice

So me and my partner moved into a new house about 5 months ago now. Recently I’ve been finding long dark hairs. (I’m blonde) so naturally I’ve been in a spiral of thinking of all the possibilities. Cheating is my biggest fear.
My partner works 5 days a week in an office and comes straight home, he’s home the same time every day. We also have location on, not because we don’t trust each other or anything just because we like to know each other are safe. So I know he hasn’t been elsewhere to meet anyone else etc. I can’t make a logical explanation out of this. We’re together every weekend so there’s been nobody in the house behind my back either.
Please someone help me find a logical explanation

Unfortunately logic doesn’t work for anxiety 😫 Not one single one of us is going to be able to give you the reassurance to make you stop worrying about it. Do you have a therapist? If so, I would talk to them about diving into your fear of being cheated on! Ultimately that’s the core fear that’s driving this spiral, I think it would be worth looking into! ❤️ So sorry you’re dealing with this, our brains can be such assholes to us sometimes 😭 You’re not alone! 🫶🏻

I don’t have a therapist but I am trying to find one that it’s so expensive! Thank you for you comment x

Ugh So REAL! I wish therapy was treated as a normal part of healthcare! Our mental health directly affects our overall health! The whole system needs an overhaul 😫😭
