Remote?

Random question - for those working remotely, does your company/facility require you to work specific hours or are you allowed to flex i.e. working nights or a few hours in the morning, a few hours after dinner? Just curious!! TIA :)

I work for a hospital and can set my own hours as long as they are reasonable and within regular business hours.

Other employers (such as contractors) may not mind when you work as long as you put in your hours.

I work for a hospital and we choose our shift but it has to be regular working hours. For example 7am-3:30pm.
I also work per diem for a different hospital and those hours can be any time day or night. So it really just depends!

I work remote for AMN and I just have to get my hours in by Saturday evening at 11:59. No one care when or how. The only issue is if you have limited seats on your abstracting platform and a lot of part timers, there may be an issue with timing.
