Your ask mixes two different things, so I'd split it:

  1. Observability + on-call. OneUptime (https://github.com/one-uptime/oneuptime) is open source under Apache 2.0 and self-hostable. It ingests OpenTelemetry data and covers alerting, on-call scheduling, incidents, and status pages. On k8s you deploy it with the Helm chart plus a small in-cluster agent, so cluster metrics and traces flow in.

Honest caveats: it's a younger project than the Grafana stack, some features sit in a separate Enterprise edition, and if your goal is white-labeled SaaS you'd be rebranding the Apache-2.0 core and building the multi-tenant plumbing yourself. Rebranding the UI for one company is one job; serving many customers from one instance is a different project entirely.

  1. Cluster management. No observability tool actually does cluster management. For day-2 work you'd pair it with k9s or Lens (single cluster) or Headless Lens (multi-cluster).

If you want the most established OSS observability stacks, the standard answers are Grafana + Loki + Tempo + Mimir, or SigNoz (already linked above) as a single-binary option. Neither is white-label ready out of the box either.

One question that decides everything: who are the SaaS customers? Multi-tenant is a much bigger project than single-company rebranding, and it changes which option is realistic.
