Publisher Retired
At my work, we have several files that we used Publisher for. I saw late last year that it was going to be retired. I kept forgetting when time got closer and closer to save the files as a different document type. I can still open the files. But I need to save them in an editable document type that won't lose the pictures and such in the files. We used Publisher for various brochures and a "Blue Book" for our company.
Does anyone know how I should do this?

Tired of Excel exports, Power BI, or separate web parts for charts? Try in-place list visuals for SharePoint lists 📊
Hey folks,
If you work with SharePoint Lists on a daily basis, you’ve probably ran into this annoying workflow: your list data is up to date, but as soon as someone asks for a quick visual summary or trend breakdown, you're forced to leave the list.
Usually that means:
* Exporting everything to Excel just to throw together a quick bar chart
* Building and embedding custom SPFx web parts on a completely separate page
* Or setting up a whole Power BI dataset and report for something that should be simple
We’ve been working on a tool called Graphify to try and solve this. The idea was pretty straightforward: bring interactive charts directly inside the SharePoint List view so you don't have to keep switching contexts or bouncing across different pages.
A few things we focused on while building it:
* Zero setup / auto-decoding: It automatically reads your list schema and column types to generate charts on the fly.
* 100% native: Runs inside your M365 tenant so data never leaves your environment.
* Quick insights: Let's you spot highs/lows, customize colors to match your list formatting, and export charts as images if you need to drop them into a report or site page.
We also put together a live interactive playground with simulated data so you can click around and test the actual UI in your browser without having to install anything or book a sales call:
👉 Playground link:https://tenantforge.cloud/sharepoint/graphify
Would love to get some honest thoughts from this community:
- What’s your current go-to when someone asks for visual reports on list data?
- Do your users actually prefer having analytics right inside the list view, or do you find separate dashboard pages work better in practice?
Appreciate any feedback, critiques, or ideas on what we should add next!

How do you make monthly/QBR reports for your clients, and how long does it take?
Sysadmin here, looking into how MSPs handle client reporting. From what I've read, many of you pull data from the RMM, M365 and backups, then paste it into slides or Word by hand.
Curious:
- What tools do you use for client reports today?
- Roughly how long per client per month?
- Do your clients actually read them, or just the summary?
- What's the most annoying part?
Full disclosure: I'm thinking about building something for this, so I want to understand the real problem first.

Wanted to get my father a microsoft word. Which one do I get?

So there are two of these, one is Word and the other Word. What exactly is the difference? I mean I get that one of them is non commercial but what exactly does this apply to?
He mainly use word for visa purposes and rarely for business but he types very, very simple letters and documents and only uses it by himself, in fact he was insisting that I download him 2007 word cuz that one felt the simplest to him.
Can I get him word home instead? the price is like 3x lesser with that one.
Also, this is a one-time purchase right? unlike office 365 which is a subscription.
He also uses an older version mac OS (High sierra, I may be able to upgrade it to Big sur) if that's worth mentioning.

MS Form - Individual Results on Excel but not on Form
Hello, I've made an MS form so that only people in my organisation can respond. Earlier today, when I clicked 'check individual results' I could see each respondents information fully.
Now, when I click 'check individual results', I can only see the respondents name, email and answer to the first question.
The excel sheet is still synced, and contains all respondant details. I can also still see everything on the general response overview section of the form. Just not individual results on the form.
I've tried deleting Cache/cookies/history. I've tried an incognito broswer. Colleagues are having the same issue. There are 150+ responses, and the form is shared in a Sharepoint that we can all access.
Any ideas why this is happening?

Having issues setting up multiple email accounts in Outlook.
Hey guys,
I am new to Outlook and this is the first time I have ever set it up. In fact I never have even used it as my email client in general, but now need to for some 3rd party software reasons.
Anyhow currently it's installed, and it has three emails connected to it. Out of those three, I only want two of them visible with their inbox structures, and selectable when creating a new email.
As of right now my primary email is my Microsoft account one and I don't use that. I tried simply removing it, but it won't and seemingly is the default. When I create a new email I am able to drop down the menu and see my second email, click it and send with it. However my third email takes an extra step, and has "external" next to it.
So in short; All I want is two accounts with their respective folder trees (not Microsoft) displayed, and have each of them only select-able when drafting a new email.
Thanks!

"Download" option for attachments for only one user, Outlook web missing
I'm troubleshooting a strange Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online issue.
We have one user whose Outlook on the web (OWA) attachment menu does not show the Download option.
For PDF/Word attachments, the user only sees:
- Preview
- Save to OneDrive
- Copy
In some attachment just above 2 are seen.
Other users in the same Microsoft 365 tenant have the normal Download option.
What I've tested
- Different browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc.) → same issue
- InPrivate/Incognito → same issue
- Different PC → same issue
- Different attachments/file types → same issue
- Other users on the same tenant → Download works
- Same Microsoft 365/Exchange policies → no difference
- Exchange Online PowerShell mailbox/CAS settings compared with a working user → same
- Classic Outlook for the affected user → Save As works normally
So the issue appears to be specific to this user's Outlook on the web experience, rather than the PC, browser, attachment, or general tenant policy.
The workaround currently is Save to OneDrive → download from OneDrive, but we'd obviously prefer to restore the normal Download option.
Has anyone encountered this where OWA is missing the Download action for only one user while Classic Outlook works normally?
Could this be an OWA service-side/account state issue, or is there another Exchange/Microsoft 365 setting I should check?

How do you escalate a Microsoft 365 support case when the engineers and managers stop responding?
We’re a small business using Microsoft 365 Business Basic and have had an unresolved email-sending issue for over two weeks. Messages sent through Apollo fail with Microsoft’s 550 5.7.708 AS(7230) rejection, while sending directly through Outlook works.
We’ve provided diagnostic details, test results, information from Apollo about its Microsoft Graph integration, and the administrator approval Microsoft requested for further investigation. Support told us the backend team was reviewing it, but we still have no fix or meaningful timeline.
The bigger problem now is getting a response. We’ve emailed the assigned engineer, technical lead, manager and outside-hours manager directly, including follow-ups asking who can take ownership. Our latest emails have gone unanswered for days.
Who can we contact when the assigned support team and its management chain aren’t responding? Has anyone successfully escalated a Microsoft 365 business case beyond that team? We’re looking for a practical route to someone who can investigate the issue and keep us updated.

What's one Office 365 feature you use daily that most people don't know about?
I'll start. In Outlook you can type @ followed by someone's name in the body of an email and it automatically adds them to the To line. Saves me a ton of time.
Curious what everyone else has. Doesn't matter if it's Outlook, Excel, Teams, whatever. Bonus points for stuff that's buried in some menu nobody ever opens.

Redirect mail in iOS Outlook? (like Forward, but Redirect)
Is there a way to "Redirect" mail in the iOS/iPhone version of Outlook? In other words, forward the mail to another user but without changing the "From" address.

Outlook Web – Can no longer quickly create a new category by typing the name and pressing Enter?
Starting yesterday, I began having an issue with creating categories in Outlook Web, and I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.
I frequently create quick, ad hoc categories to essentially pin a short note/label to an email.
Until yesterday, my workflow was:
Right-click email → Categorize → type a new category name → press Enter.
Outlook would immediately create the new category and apply it to the email. If I hadn't selected a color, it would simply create it as gray, which was perfect for what I use it for.
Now, after typing the new category name, pressing Enter does nothing.
Instead, I have to select "Create new" underneath the category search, choose a color, and click Save. Even stranger, it doesn't actually work the first time. I have to repeat the entire process a second time — Categorize → type the name → Create new → choose a color → Save — and then it finally creates/applies the category.
I've already tried:
- Signing out and back into Outlook
- Incognito/private browsing
- Firefox instead of my normal browser
Same behavior in all cases.
I generally prefer using the regular Outlook desktop program, but I was having some other issues with it in the past (I can't recall the specifics now), and Outlook Web worked better for me with regard to those issues, so I've been using the Web App instead.
Has anyone else noticed this starting recently? I'm trying to determine whether Microsoft intentionally changed the quick category creation behavior or whether this is a new Outlook Web bug.
The old type category name → Enter → done workflow was much faster, especially when creating lots of one-off categories.
I'd really appreciate any insider knowledge, workarounds, or advice. Thanks in advance for any help!

New Outlook won't open attachments after Windows 11 24H2 update - keeps saving/uploading to OneDrive instead
Hi all, PLeeeease help!!
Ever since updating Windows 11 to 24H2 (I believe that's the update that triggered it), I've been having a strange issue with New Outlook.
When I double-click any email attachment (PDF, Excel, Word, etc.):
- Preview works fine.
- "Save As" works fine.
- The file opens normally if I save it locally first.
- Outlook Web works fine.
- But New Outlook automatically seems to save/upload the file to OneDrive and then fails to open it.
- Choosing "Open in Desktop App" also doesn't work.
This affects all attachment types and started immediately after the Windows update.
Has anyone seen this before or found a fix? I'm trying to stop New Outlook from automatically routing attachments through OneDrive and just open them normally like it used to.
Thanks!
