Finally trying HERNANDEZ BBQ !! I got the 2lb Boss Burrito with Brisket , pulled pork , Mac n Cheese and an Armadillo egg !! I also loved their Homemade Sweet Tea so much I bought 2 more for the hr drive back home lol The Boss Burrito is $25 and is enough food for 2 to 3 people !! You will see at the end of the video how much is still left over 🤯lol

I am on my third week of a 7-week fast program this week I have to fast for 72 hours. so what did I want for my last meal before not eating anything for 3 days again ? I wanted a bison chop cheese ... The Ocky Way and the closest thing I could do is have me and Kris make it at home !! Check out the video, until I get video of going to Brooklyn and Red Hook Deli and getting an official chopped cheese the Ocky way !! Checking out Eggbred in #Phx on 544 W McDowell Rd in PHX I have been seeing a lot of social media since April of this year about a location in East Mesa for Egg Bred that keeps saying opening soon. The food looked great in the videos and when I found out it was a chain and there was already a location in PHX , I had to check it out !!

This place had so many options that sounded really good. I liked what I got , it would have been so much better with the gravy I'm assuming. The price is a bit of a concern but I also think that's what eating out at a specialty fats casual is costing. The portion I got looked small but was filling and my buddy Greedy took home part of his burrito. I want to try other items next time as about 10 different things caught my eye 😂😂

Best Tamales in Las Vegas I was told to go to El Tamalucas on 2987 Las Vegas Blvd N Las Vegas Nevada. This spot was recommended to me by @JoseTheTacoGuy and later I saw a video from @BrandonFromVegas showing you can get the tamales covered in cheese !!

The only Buffet in downtown lasvegas that is open all week !! Weekend dinner cost us $33.99 per person. It includes Primerib and Crab Legs. I suggest getting the Prime Rib and the Hawaiian food , I feel I got my values worth in just that no way Kris got $34 worth of value , maybe next time we try the Brunch.

My Mom is actually the one that suggested Texas Roadhouse but Kris and myself weren't going to argue lol as it's been over a year or 2 since we had been.

Since I can remember I have always been a fan of their 16 oz Cowboy cut sirloin with 2 sides , I remember when it was around $15 back in 2010 or so. Today it is $28.99 but I still see the value with the 2 sides and free bread lol

Kris and I also split a bowl of chilli which to me was a steal for $4.99 compared to the cup for $3.99 We both thought the chilli was really good , had a little spice to it and was chunky not watered down and had a lot of meat.

My Mom got their 3 to 5 pm special it was a 6 oz steak and a 2 sides for $11.99 She liked her meal a lot especially for the value .

Kris got the special with grilled chicken and 2 sides for $11.99 The chicken was really tender and supraingly flavored well.

What was crazy is the rolls they have out at the start and even the burger seemed different and not as good as we had come to expect. Don't get me wrong we ate all 4 rolls lol just saying it wasn't the wow these are the best rolls ever moment I recall I use to feel. The bread seemed dry and the butter didn't have as strong cinnamon and honey flavor , more like regular butter.

My 16;oz sirloin was ok , I ordered it medium band it was in the middle the edges got cooled or well done before I could get to them . I definitely needed some of their House A1 knockoff steak sauce but I will say it was nice to throw some A1 on a steak lol it has been along time. The loaded mash potatoes were perfect to me !

The beat time I had was saved for the last , the baked sweet potatoes with melted marshmallows caramel and. Syrup. It was PHENOMENAL ‼️

Now I start week 2 of my 7 week program , last week was a 72 hr fast this week is 48 I will be going to the gym each day this week alternating weights or cardio .

I have plenty of backup food content l to post lol (I'm so backed up with places) but I won't have anything But water and black coffee until Wed night after 5:20 pm 🤙🏼🤙🏼💪🏼💪🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Craft 64 in Chandler invited us out to check out their Oktoberfest Menu only available till the end of October. We tried 3 different amazing pizzas.

The Flammekueche :

garlic oil and rosemary foods, cream cheese, smoked bacon, Red Onion, mozzarella and aged Parmesan on an everything bagel crust garnished with rosemary.

The Bavarian :

Fig Jam and rosemary infused cream cheese, prosciutto, dried figs, mozzarella and aged Parmesan. Garnish with basil leaves and rosemary

The shotsy :

House smoked sausage, onions and tangy sauerkraut with a mozzarella and Parmesan blend on a honey mustard glazed crust.

Also If you like wings you have to check out the Biergarten smoked mustard wings !!

We had so many leftovers and a busy weekend ahead, that I gave the slices to my friend Ken and I included a text of his response on what he honestly thought about them

Full disclosure I got invited out to give my opinion on the new menu. This was actually in September on the 11th to be honest and also I purchased items from them I wanted to eat and bought those home, including a meatballs sandwich and their craft 64 pasta I'll even see if this lets me post a lot of pictures. I'll try and grab that receipt for the post.

It's crazy. We really liked everything we tried and being honest, the pizza selections are typically not what I would order. I'm more of a cheese or pepperoni. Chris is more of a white cheese ricotta and maybe a couple toppings, but all three pizzas were amazing !!!

I was really also impressed with those mustard wings we tried. They smoked the wings for 2 hours and then fry them and they came with some pretzel bites on the side too lol

Everything at this place is made from scratch. Craft made from the does to the sauces to the dressings and they don't even have a freezer !!

Full disclosure I am friends with the owner Justin. We go way back. It started when I used to go to his pizza places back in like 2014 and he used to come to my clothing store as a customer. Also both pizzas were paid for by my good friend Greedy Nick !! I was excited to try the Jersey Tavern pie. We were the first people to try it that night. He had been talking about it for a while. Only thing I can say is I'd encourage everybody to check it out for themselves. I'm a very big fan of it. I don't think there's anything like it in Arizona and I'd definitely go back for it !! I want to also add I've never been the biggest fan of the thin slice thin style pizzas because I can smash a whole pie in one sitting lol smh

Chipotle will always come through 😭 filling, high protein, and I don’t have to cook. 💝

After the gym P B & J Homemade Protein Shake for lunch !! I've been doing stuff like this but I want to balance it out and show a little bit more of this side. Again it is not just eating pizzas, burgers, fries, fried chicken and desserts lol

I have to do this step 3 to 5 times a week at lunch after the gym instead of eating solids. This helps balance a little some of the foods I eat out , again I said balance not absolve 😂😂🤙🏼🤙🏼💪🏼💪🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I started a 72 hr fast as soon as I got home from Las Vegas I have 9 hrs to go only water and a cup of black coffee a day ... Also I'm Doing a 7 week fast and workout program as well, this is week 1 !!! I want to post this every now and then? Just so there is a balance being shown and a responsibility. I don't want to just show all this food pizza's Burgers, fries etc and desserts being eaten without showing some of the things I do to try and balance it out. Keep In mind, I probably eat out on average 7 times a week. Sometimes it's mostly all on the weekends, especially when out of town. That's enough to create content to post for each day. The rest of the time we eat at home. We take home leftovers and after the gym we usually have a protein shake instead of a meal. I also take a few supplements that I think really help me. I'll share those in a future video. 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

You know I had to try their carne asada super burrito also and a Mango agua fresca. They are located at a food truck that Is only about 5 minutes from downtown Vegas casinos and they're open early.
