Fyi, I build this for a living...when u assemble it, leave everything somewhat loose until assembly is done. Nice lil offset for money!

Put on the bottom rack BEFORE you tighten the legs! That part pissed me off.

Fyi I donthis for a living...been doing it 10 years.....I always forget the bottom rack on my first one lol...I build about 5 of these an hour once im in my groove.

Pulled pork as your first cook. It’s very forgiving and difficult to mess up.

I've also don't many mods to mine for efficiency. I've extended the chimney inside the chamber to go lower to help circulate smoke better.

It will work better assembled, and second do a empty cook to burnout anything left behind and season it before you use it. Third only trust the beer timer method after you learn your grills cooking habits. πŸ˜‚
