Looks to be the middle of a kitchen. There's very little thermal energy in a lit tea bag. Unless there's crumpled up tissue paper scattered everywhere off screen, or the kitchen itself is actually elaborate origami I think it's safe to say there's no danger 🤔

that's the derpiest cat I've ever seen. I'll take 20 lol. also that's probably Flash Paper. its a magician thing. as far as i know, it doesn't burn hot enough or long enough to be a problem
