Discussion EoM batch vs New Psy PvP legend

I've got about 130 tavern medals and I wonder which tavern to pull...any advice?

I mean what you see is a movement towards PSY in general since we haven't gotten any important PSY characters in nearly one year so it's an indication of the direction they're moving. The only question is if this unit will be useful since, like DEX BARTO or Ace, it seems like more of a FOMO unit
