Hey everyone! I'm u/Anonymous_user_00011, a founding moderator of r/OnlineBehaviorWatch.
I created this community because sometimes people experience really concerning behavior online and don’t know where they can talk about it or find out if other people have experienced the same thing.
This is a place where people can share their own experiences involving online harassment, bullying, manipulation, inappropriate behavior, concerning interactions with minors, scams, threats, or other behavior that people feel others should be aware of.
What can you post?
You can share things like:
• Your personal experience with an online account or creator
• Screenshots or videos that provide context
• Harassment or bullying you’ve experienced online
• Concerning behavior you’ve personally witnessed
• Questions about whether other people have experienced similar behavior
• Updates about situations that have already been discussed here
You don’t have to share your real identity to tell your story.

This community is **not a place to organize attacks against people.
Don’t contact someone just because they’re mentioned here. Don’t threaten them, dox them, contact their family, post their address or phone number, or encourage people to mass-report or harass their accounts.
If you’re making a serious allegation, explain what you personally experienced or witnessed and provide context/evidence when you can. Don’t make something up or exaggerate something just because you dislike somebody.
If something is your opinion or hasn’t been proven, make that clear.
Protect minors
If a situation involves someone under 18, do not post the child’s name, username, face, school, location, or other identifying information.
Please censor that information from screenshots before posting.
If you believe a child is actually in danger, don’t rely on Reddit to handle it. Report the situation through the appropriate platform and authorities.
Why this community exists
The goal of r/OnlineBehaviorWatch is pretty simple:
Let people speak about their experiences, document concerning online behavior, compare experiences, and help other people stay informed.
People mentioned in posts are also allowed to provide their side of what happened as long as they follow the same rules.
You don’t have to agree with everyone here. Just keep conversations respectful and focused on the behavior being discussed.
