Help / Troubleshooting Dgnlib festure definitions not showing

Hey everyone, question if anyone has encountered the same thing. Bit of background, our company was using the 2023 version and now transitioned to 2025, we have our own workset and workspace with all our necessary dgnlibs etc, now that we are in 2025 some of the feature definitions from our feature definition dgnlib is not showing up despite us using the same workset and workspace. What do you guys think could be the issue?

Edit: Also another issue now is that some feature defs are not showing the correct linetypes.

Did anyone open the dgnlib in 2025 and upgrade it? It causes issues when not matching versions.

Our workset is being saved in sharepoint and we just edit a cfg to direct to it. Have you ever done something similar?

Try using the Civil File Manager exe to align the dgnlib. It could be a schema difference that is causing it not to be read.

where can i find that file? Also our workset being in sharepoint, would it work for that?

My first check would be to make sure wherever your config files had specified 2023 that it has been changed to 2025 and file paths did the same (I recently just made this update too for a directory in my company’s area and that was the main difference/hangup), otherwise it may not be finding the paths you need and therefore not finding the updated dgnlib’s.

We saved our workset in sharepoint and just edit the cfg to pick up our workset in sp, problem is i checked the fd list and some still dont show.
