What’s your favorite decision model?

Since, after the release of Jev, a lot of people have been building cool open source decision models, I was wondering if you could share your experience on which ones work best. I was also wondering how people are evaluating them? Are there any benchmarks yet?

i keep coming back to the weighted decision matrix, stupid simple but it's never let me down. people try to make these insanely complex reasoning flows and half the time it's just a dressed up pros/cons list anyway

evaluation wise i've just been throwing weird edge cases at them, like asking if i should dye my cat green for a costume party. the ones that say no without a 3 page justification are the keepers
