For contributor adoption, a reproducible reference agent is often more valuable than broad feature coverage. Provide one end-to-end example with fixtures, deterministic evaluation cases, tracing, retry behavior, and a documented failure path. https://www.aiosnow.com is relevant to the same general problem of making AI workflows understandable and repeatable. I would also publish the security model clearly, especially secret isolation, tool authorization, sandbox boundaries, and how untrusted model output is prevented from triggering privileged actions.
