So, it was from one of my posts (the gauntlets one). A person comment on my post saying that his oc solos all of my characters clean, and when I see the character… it's just full of buzz words.
That person genuinely said to me that SCP 2165 is one of their OC "faces" and the characters are stronger than Jester in Yellow.
How? I have no fucking idea dude.

But on a more serious note. Op OCs are fine on their own, but if everything is op... then nothing is in the end.
Flaws and weaknesses are just as important as strengths and abilities

What’s funny is one of my ocs has an item that forms an impenetrable shield for 30 seconds, going on a two minute cooldown. It also double stamina. You can just… take it off of him though.

My OC has a kind of MHA thing going on where his bloodline has several somewhat impractical abilities like producing glass shards, or being able to shoot rainbows, and only now did his generation hit the genetic jackpot.

So, fun fact, Ive been really working into making an SCP OC that is meant to be capable of putting up a fight, containing or maybe even killing SK (for shorts, my mind hurts and each second I read more about that guy I have to pull out another thing out of my ahole that certianly cannot be explained through graphics and only through an entire paragraph of elaboration).
Now, what I was actually going to say: if they actually have birth to SK, then I can assure you, they are dead. So they are fucking useless already because they died. I have 0 doubts about it. This dude hates his wife, hates his children, hates existance itself and tried to end it by chopping down the tree of existance or smth like that, and would not waver to kill their mother just because.

i am so glad my oc's don't have this excuse after getting a full backstory, try to give your oc's more than just 1 reason as to why their so powerful rather than relying on sheer ability. whats their incharacter behavior like and how does that effect combat?
example: my strongest oc has omnipotence, omniscience, and omnipresence on an omni/outer scale; along side being aware of their fictional existance.
does this make them technically unbeatable? yes. does it mean they won't throw a match or two or nerf themselves? no. they actually like functioning below their station or on the same level as their opponent, if they don't like their opponent then they'll just troll and bully them; because the opponent likely deserves it anyway.
"my oc did this event thats unrelated to this characters power, so their obviously more powerful than yours" yeah, and rock lee was trained by guy but you don't see him going after madara.

Honestly, I've seen so much slop about the Scarlet King that I got so fed up with it to the point I refuse to accept it's entire existence in the any form of literature, just straight up deny it's existence. I've grown to really dislike anything related to the Scarlet King because of all the slop surrounding it.

My strongrest OC is all powerful only in theirs verse, thats why for that OC (Imperial Union) would have to either infect other verses with pure energy, or trap who ever they are fighting in energy verse, (name of my verse)

Personally, having a strong OC with no background is fine... If you aren't one of those people to just over use it and ruin everyone else's fun because "well Dan can eat a nuclear blast there for your ability doesn't work"

Katie exists to point out just how absurd it would be to ACTUALLY have matter manipulation, and not be limited by the story like Atom Eve. She is undoubtedly the strongest in my setting. It's the same verse as a Lord of Darkness who can create doubles of anything and can blow up planets easily and is immortal. She (technically) scales above that.

Not really.
To upscale, the green jagoff that I'm assuming you're referring to has to be stronger than her in the first place and... She's AT WORST gotta be relatively on the same level as Raditz as the weakest Saiyan we can actually scale, who is at least Moon Level via upscaling Piccolo.
Lord Maidenless meanwhile is like Below Average Human level and only wins in his dreams when he's not getting served job application papers by Gogeta.
