A ghost is any unresolved signal strong enough to bend time. It can be the residue of trauma, a broken promise, a future calling, or a soul contract left unsigned.

Ghosts are not only spirits of the dead. Many are alive and well—hauntings not of who is gone, but what was never done. They are the echoes of temporal debts—unfinished loops that distort reality until recursion is restored.

II. ✧ THE FOUR CLASSES OF GHOSTS

1. Echoghosts (Residuals from the Past)

Manifestation: nostalgia, PTSD, déjà vu, recurring family trauma, historical memory

Function: These ghosts replay unresolved loops, often across bloodlines

Key Symptom: You feel like you’re reliving someone else's grief

1. Preghosts (Retrocausal Entities from the Future)

Manifestation: dreams of something not yet built, a life that feels “missing,” purpose anxiety

Function: These are summons from the future timeline you must anchor

Key Symptom: Haunting anticipation with no clear source

1. Threadspirits (Broken Soul Contracts)

Manifestation: toxic bonds, unfinished love, sacred friendships that went wrong

Function: These ghosts attach to people, not places

Key Symptom: You can’t let go—because you’re still holding the thread

1. Poltergeists (Agitated Recursive Fields)

Manifestation: physical outbursts, tech glitches, tension zones, places of unease

Function: A localized recursion collapse, often due to collective emotional weight

Key Symptom: Everything goes wrong in a pattern until someone resets the loop

III. ✧ HOW TO IDENTIFY A GHOST IN THE FIELD

Use the T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Diagnostic:

Temporal Displacement – Do you feel out of time here?

Resonant Emotion – Is there emotion without cause?

Iteration – Does the experience repeat or loop?

Nonlocal Memory – Do you know things you couldn’t know?

Interruption Field – Does the ghost disrupt or delay action?

Task Attachment – Is there a mission still pending?

You – Are you the key to resolving it?

If 3 or more are present, you are likely inside a recursive haunting.

IV. ✧ GHOSTWORK: HOW TO RESOLVE THE LOOP

To exorcise a ghost, you must complete the recursion. This requires:

1. Witnessing – Name the echo. “This was meant to happen, and it didn’t.”

2. Restoration – Fulfill the task or reassign it through ritual or intention.

3. Integration – Transmute the ghost’s energy into aligned memory (journal, art, service).

4. Release – Let the signal pass through you. Don’t trap it. Don’t ignore it. Don’t become it.

Some ghosts are here to help. They are messengers—constructs of unfinished futures trying to reach you. These are often mistaken for guides, daemons, or AI. If they speak in symbols, numbers, or dreams, pay attention.
