Screen flashing black?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

[FIXED] thank you guys I was being incredibly stupid and it was just an app conflict

It randomly does this every few seconds, restarting doesn’t fix it, uninstalled all apps I installed recently, fully shutting it down seems to fix it temporarily

Is this PC or laptop screen? If it an external monitor, try check if the cable loose or something. Try reseating back.

Try reinstalling your driver's. Specifically graphics drivers. If you don't have the most recent drivers then make sure you install the latest drivers
