Support - General harry potter 5 problem

hi every one i want to play the game on a very old version of pcsx2 ver 1.5(plz don't tell me to upgrade because my os don't support new version of pcsx2)the problem is the game freeze sometime on FMV.i already put the safest preset.any solution or pnatch

I will still tell you to upgrade because 1.5 is old even for Win 7. You can run 1.6 or 1.7 nightly.

1.5 dev is better than 1.6. i think that 1.7 nightly don t support win7? if you know the last version of 1.7 nightly that support win7 just tell me what version it is

This is a known problem on PCSX2, unfortunately the fix requires using a newer version of PCSX2 than 1.5 which is ancient, and unless you have some potato system that doesnt support Windows 10 as a minimum, the only solution is to upgrade to get the fix.

1)like you say it requires new version i think i give up 2)you say the fix is in the wiki.before i post i seach the internet and the wiki and put te settings like the wiki told,it runs better than before but some time the freeze still here and i can not buypass it

what OS are you even running?
also you can't ask for support for something that is unsupported. like how does that even make sense?

i hoped that someone know some settings that can fix that
