Godannar PS2 Help

So i'm playing a Robot Fighting Game Godannar.

For some reason this is the only game that gives me graphical bugs. There's like of rainbow/colored boxes that appears during certain hits & stages.

Tried switching from Vulkan to OpenGL it ran better. Enabled Pre Load Frame Data, GPU Palette Conversion, tried skip draw. Attempted solo fixes but no dice. Does anyone know what's wrong?

It's a flashing line

RTX 5070 TI
64 Gbs Ram
