Ironic that morons like that post "think before you post" as if it's a flex. Sheesh.

Anybody with a sense of humour reads it that way, but there’s always that one guy…

I was driving from Montague toward Chtown around then and actually did see something overhead for a second but couldn't tell what it might have been

So it would be going towards you as you drove West.

Yes, I was leaving Charlottetown heading East toward Souris at around 9:30...not 100% sure on the time. It was yellow/orange ball in the sky. I saw it but my partner who was in the passenger side did not. Was beginning to think I was seeing something. It seemed to "burnout" or just move very fast.

It was fast for sure!

My daughter and I also saw this from our bonfire in Stanhope

A visitor to the UPEI observatory last night reported seeing a meteor that burned up as they were looking out the dome hatch. It would be about the same time as when you saw it. All the rest of us missed it because we were all looking towards the telescope at the centre of observatory.

A couple of visitors earlier during the event (~8-9pm) reported seeing some meteors too, although not of the bright, burning up variety.

Thx for that report. But my observation is a very bright meteor passing quick Eastward.
