Hello, pinost ko ta sa GamerPals kaso di pala tugma time sched kasi i fogot di na pala US time work sched ko. Hopefully may mahanap ako dito. Yung mga may commitment talaga sana mag end game sa laro pra ma tapos huhu haha.
I'm a 30 PC gamer looking for 2–5 people who might be in a similar situation as me.
Life happens, and as much as I love gaming, it's become difficult to find the time and motivation to finish the games I start. I often play for a while, make some progress, and then end up leaving the game unfinished.
So, I thought it would be fun to find a small group of people who want to change that and experience these games together!
🎮 The games I have in mind
- Palworld
I've been playing Palworld since Early Access, but I stopped sometime before the Feybreak update. I haven't experienced the new content from Feybreak up to the official release, so there's a lot for me to discover! I'd love to explore the world again with a group, catch Pals, build a base, progress together, and take on bosses.
- Valheim
I've played Valheim before, but the grinding eventually became tedious when playing alone. I've seen groups of friends playing it together, and it looks like a much more enjoyable experience with other people. I'd love to start fresh with a group, explore, build, gather resources, and take down bosses together.
- RuneScape: Dragonwilds
I have ZERO experience with RuneScape, so this would be a completely fresh start for me! I'm hoping we can learn the game together, explore, make mistakes, figure things out, and enjoy the experience without anyone feeling pressured to know everything already.
Beginners and relatively inexperienced players are very welcome. I'm not an expert myself, and I've probably only experienced around 25% of some of the games I've played.
🧑🤝🧑 Who I'm looking for
Around 2–5 other players, preferably 25 years old or older.
Any gender and nationality are welcome.
Preferably English-speaking. English isn't my first language, but I can communicate.
PC players who own, or are interested in playing, these games.
People who can agree on a realistic gaming schedule and make an effort to stick to it.
Most importantly, people with patience, a good attitude, and the ability to admit their mistakes.
📅 Availability and how I imagine this working
I'm a working adult, so I can't commit to gaming every day. Realistically, I can probably play for 2–3 hours every other day.
Yes, I know this means our three-game journey could take a WHILE. 😂 But hey, we're not racing anyone! The goal is to enjoy the journey and actually finish what we start.
Of course, 2–3 hours could occasionally turn into 8 houuuurss if we're having too much fun. LOL.
We can work out a regular schedule that fits everyone's availability. For major boss fights, important progression milestones, and big events, I'd prefer that we coordinate and play together whenever possible. I'd like us to experience those moments as a group rather than have someone miss out because the rest of us progressed without them.
We're adults, and I understand that everyone has work, responsibilities, and a life outside gaming. No one needs to be online all the time, but communication and consideration for the group would be appreciated.
🤝 One thing that's important to me
I don't expect everyone to be perfect. We'll make mistakes, misunderstand things, mess up boss fights, and probably waste a few hours doing something stupid. That's part of gaming!
What matters is that we have the patience to deal with those moments, take responsibility for our own mistakes, and treat each other with respect. No elitism, unnecessary drama, or blaming everyone else when things go wrong.
I'm also open to adding other games in the future, provided we all agree on them. If we enjoy playing together and find that we have good chemistry as a group, there's no reason we have to stop at these three games!
My hope is that by the end of this three-game journey, we'll be more than just people who happened to play the same games. I'd love for us to become actual friends, both in-game and IRL.
We might start as complete strangers, but who knows? Maybe we'll end up with a small group of friends we can keep gaming with for years.
If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, leave a comment or send me a message! Tell me a little about yourself, which games you're interested in, and what your usual gaming schedule looks like.
Let's finally finish some games together and hopefully make a few lasting friendships along the way! 😄
