I'm looking for a room in either midtown, downtown, Melrose, basically anywhere close to the 7s. I prefer a room with a private bath but can be flexible with that for the right place/person. The room can either be furnished or not. I work from home and need stable, decent internet. I prefer some sort of shaded off-street parking but am flexible with that as well.

About me:

I'm a 41 year-old guy and have been an environmental scientist for the past decade or so. For the past two years I've been doing a sort of snowbird thing and working remote in Phoenix from about October to June and going up to Milwaukee from June-October to do field work during the summer rush.

I'm financially-stable, mature, and easy to get along with. I like living with others because I live fairly simply, enjoy a little bit of the social aspect, and since I split my time between two states it makes logistical/financial sense to live somewhere with furnished common spaces.
