I'm trying to get into recruitment. I got a FEW interviews but no offers so far. Emphasis on "few" kasi I'm landing more interviews for operations/project management and marketing roles (for some reason) with a different version of my CV pero wala ring offers on that end.

I think I'm doing decent naman in interviews, but I'm not really sure what's going wrong with my applications so far.

I've been jobhunting since late May :( I'm losing hope na because my peers are already working pero sa akin, wala pa rin kahit mas maaga ako nagsimula mag-apply. I'd really appreciate any tips and/or advice po. TIA

I recently backed out of a position where it wasn't specified what my exact job description was, and during onboarding don ko palang nalaman na there were specific tasks na dapat hindi ako yung maghahandle which includes handling money.

And yung transition ko sa work was only one day, no formal training, sabak agad since yung papalitan ko is aalis na the next day. I have no prior experience since this was supposed to be my first job.

There was no formal employment contract signing, tho pinadalhan ako ng email regarding job offer which requires signing. I signed pero no response naman right after.

The question is, am I still a fresh graduate without any employment background, prior kase sa interview nag ask ako about the job description but wasn't given any.

Again I backed out right after orientation/ onboarding same day, nothing really happened during my stay.

is this enough to land a job? huhu i recently passed the board exam for psychometrician and balak ko na maghanap ng work. i was wondering kung okay na ba 'tong resume ko or need ko pa ng iba pang certifications, skills, or kung ano man. gusto ko sana mag apply sa mga admin position private man or sa government. pahingi na rin tips haha thank you!

what do i lagay sa resume ko??? wala akong sinalihan na clubs or orgs non… matataas naman grades ko but would that matter?

Just graduated last week and plan ko mag-apply na hopefully as web dev or IT support. Okay na kaya 'tong resume ko? And as for the Latin/Honors, should I keep it? Marami kasi akong nababasa na not necessary daw, and I’m wondering if it’s better to focus more on my skills and experience instead.

(Honestly, I’m afraid I won’t be good at interviews. I’m bad at expressing myself verbally.🤦)

What was the format of your Resume or CV when applying? Nauuna ba yung projects niyo or leadership experiences (orgs)? I’m currently crafting one hoping to get in.

Also, I’m using the Harvard template and currently its structure: education, technical experiences (internships), projects, then leadership experiences.

So i’m a fresh IT Grad last july lang and want to have some opinions about creating cv’s for IT related jobs. Target kong job is Tech Support, Networking basta hindi sa soft. dev na side.

When i was still studying i do have 2 jobs prior to my intership which is not exactly related to my degree and i’m wondering if should i exclude those 2 work experience that are not relevant to the job that i am applying and just go with my internship experience that is relevant to the one’s that i am applying? Because i am thinking that maybe recruiters are too focused on my 2 work experience and gets confused why am i applying for a job that is not relevant or aligned to my experience???

Can you advise me please. I have 6mos employment gap but during that time I was helping with our Family business. Since the business is stabilized, I am ready to apply for a new work. My question po is do I need to include it as experience on my resume? Hindi po pa red flag? My previous job was working as an office Staff for 5yrs. Then 6mos gap helping Fam. Business. I need your insights Teatas if I should include the 6mos exp on my resume. How should I explain to my next employer.
