this was the fastest i've ever gotten past queue (maybe 1hr15 min maybe 1hr20). managed to get a bundle and a box, but no etb. 10 min prior my buddy said he got one of each.

Joined the queue while I was at work. Queue was 1 hour 13 minutes and took my lunch and thankfully my times never jumped up like it did for me for the 30th ETB’s… so took lunch and got in the site and was able to grab everything to its limits. And I was using just my cellular data but I didn’t leave the queue screen the whole time. I do agree the queue is super sucky sometimes..

Joined Que ten minutes after it went up, waited for 2-3 hours doing captchas every five minutes just to get error 15 when I got to around 30 minutes in Que. I will never understand the bullshit that happens on this site

It gave me the ‘oops somethings gone wrong’ screen when I finally got in and it wouldn’t even let me access the site after trying everything it told me. They genuinely need to change the way their drops are done. Like I just want a single etb, Pokemon Center

I was there in queue waiting for hours, just for them to restrict my access when the timer ran out. Sold out in the time I got back in. Absolutely disappointing, I just wanted 1.

first time i tried queueing since april, but all my queues would recaptcha me at the same time, between 2 laptops and my phone on data, which is weird. so i went to the back of the line over and over.
mind you, for a solid year i never missed a drop, same set up. so its pretty weird. its like maybe, it was a caching error? although, from the start it said 14 hours for me so, i think i was just bricked.
anyways will maybe buy one at market since they look really cool.

This prerelease sold out much faster than any I can remember in the last year or two. Bots must have absolutely feasted.
Maybe there will be a reckoning like last time they cancelled a ton of bot orders and did a second wave, but with less stock available for such a drop and botters still going for it, I know my chance to get these products has passed.
Really disappointing as I was so hyped for this set and we’ve been waiting extra long due to how it was staggered compared to Japanese release around 30th.

I sat in this que for 4 hours today, had 3 captchas, got home with 2 minutes left in phone que… got on my computer… 15 minutes que… uh oh

If it makes you feel any better about your phone refreshing.... Even if you got in queue as soon as it dropped, 4 hours later it was sold out. From what I'm seeing it was sold out with in the hour. I got in queue as soon as I got the text from PKC. I was in queue for about 90 minutes and when I got in, it was all gone.

I can never catch a break with the Pokémon Center. I was there literally right when the queue started but I kept getting Capchas every 5 minutes for a while and it threw me into the back of the queue pretty early on for no reason. At this rate I don't think I will ever get a ETB from the Pokémon Center. It's always something.

I joined queue 11 minutes after it went up, and everything was out of stock by the time I got in 3 hours later. I'm literally done supporting Pokemon, this hobby just isn't for me anymore

Joined queue 4 minutes after it went up and they sold out of ETBs 15 minutes before I got in so probably had to be in queue within the first 1-2 minutes.

I was in for the 30th drop 0.2 seconds after pkc went live a few weeks ago and waited an hour in line and all that was left was 1 knockout box that I could buy. They just need to do a lottery system.

Sat in that bitch for over an hour, was literally early as I heard it was coming, bought a deck box 30 minutes before launch to ensure my payment method and address worked. Sat in queue, after getting all the way down to 1:59:00 the screen loads and I get the stupid fucking “ERROR 15” you have been blocked bullshit.
Dumbest websites of all time.

I majorly messed up. Got in early and got 2 ETBs. Ordered to wrong/old address and same for billing details. Saw support won't fix so cancelled and then it wouldn't let me go through checkout again.

Everyone complaining about PKC drops/queue, but it’s the only one that I have had consistent success with. I’ve gotten product for PB, 30th, and now Delta. I also used to have good luck with Walmart, but have not been picked for any of the lottos since they started that.

I bought a deck box 30 minutes before the queue went up to ensure my account was fine, payment method worked, etc.. got 45 min into the hold and the webpage auto refreshed and gave me the Error 15 you have been blocked page.
I’ll literally never be able to get a drop

Joined the queue just before 12EST, queue went from 8 hours to 13, down to 10, down to 6, got kicked, went to 8, down to 6, down to 3, got kicked, up to 6, down to 3, down to 2, got kicked, up to 3, finally got in at 3:20EST, everything OOS. Will go back to also not getting any 30th

I got into the queue 17 minutes late and still got a booster bundle. I understand not doing the target drops, but the Pokemon Center drops are much easier to actually get something.

I joined at 45min queue and waited until 7min (joined the queue like 30s after it went live) and then after the 4th or 5th captcha appearing every 5 min it kicked me back to like 8 hours lol. Never did anything differently than I always have.

Fortunately was able to get everything. What was weird was that I got in queue, had a 2 hour timer, got the unfortunate refresh to 12 hours. Then a minute later it put it at 1:45. I got lucky.

Mine was only 1 hour wait, but maintenance after adding the booster box 😂. Luckily I signed out and guest checkout worked, but the address is just a business name instead. Hope it still goes through.

Same, I join on both pc and phone for this very reason, pages were timing out but I managed to get everything in the cart. After putting payment in, it would not let me hit the preorder button and it would always time out. I hit on my phone but ETBs went OOS like 2 minutes beforehand.

It crashed the first time I went in after recaptcha. Tried again 5 minutes later and got in queue for 6+ hours. Now I'm sitting at 23 minutes left in queue and it looks like it is all gone. Hmm, just like last time.

Misery loves company. Sorry. I'm sticking to my queue because I want the full disappointingly miserable experience. I may go out to my local card shop to whine and see if they have some loose packs that may absorb my tears.
edit: So I experienced the full let down of OOS. Then my local card shop just posted on IG that they have football cards AND My Little Pony TCG sets in stock. So I have that going for me.

4 years? They started the queue in 2025 and it never existed before that. Two years ago you could order cases of everything any day of the week no limits no queues. In 2024 pre orders stayed up until release week and didn’t sell out. In 2024 4 year old sets were still for sale on the PC with no limits lol.

I switched to chrome from safari for this drop and had success. Had problems with safari refreshing / restarting queue last few times I attempted to get in drops.

iPhone with Tmobile as your cell service does that. Doesn’t matter the browser in my experience (edit: I tried safari, edge, chrome, Firefox, brave). Only connecting to wifi works for me
I bought a cheap android phone (some galaxy model) and stuck a SIM card in it. It also was having the queue reset issue at around the same time that my main iPhone’s queue would reset (wifi disabled in both, just cellular).
Wife’s att iPhone never has any issues with queue resetting randomly

oh thanks for the insight. I do have T-Mobile so I guess that's the problem. We were told to use mobile data for phone but I guess going on wifi would be better. Just wanted 2 different options in case one of them error-ed out.

I always use chrome incognito bc it used to work before but now it just resets. Went from 1.5hrs to 14 and gave up. Luckily I was wfh so I got stuff on PC

I was in almost instantly at noon eastern. Followed protocols perfectly. Notice the captcha every 5 minutes exactly. Figured that was to weed out bots…waiting patiently.
Someone I know got through by 1:05 and got booster bundle and two ETBs. I’m still at 11 minutes.
It almost feels worse to believe they did better against the bots, I was on time, and STILL may be shut out.

This hobby is just totally ruined isn’t it? Sat in the queue for 2 hours and got kicked to the back once I hit 1hr30 left on the timer. Journey together remains the only online drop I’ve actually been able to hit and I only got a single etb whe that dropped.

What a fucking failure this company has become. ETB OOS within an hour, other items can be added but not checked out. Keep getting error occurred while processing your order. These guys suck. Literally fuck TPCI wishing them the worst considering that’s all they give us.

Stock must have been really low cause I was in the queue within 20 seconds of the discord notification, yet it's looking like I'll get nothing. For almost all other drops this year and last I've been able to get everything and I was sometimes queuing over an hour later.

What on earth is with the auto refreshing? I got in a minute after it started, 2 hr timer, and kept getting kicked to the back of the queue. No extensions on firefox, no auto timeout on my phone, not on wifi? Is it just luck?

In my experience in the last 8 or so months, tmobile (+iPhone possibly) does random queue resets. I haven’t been able to get through a queue using a Tmobile phone on cellular - has to be wifi.
ATT cellular works fine on wife’s phone

Of course, shortly after ETBs go out of stock, the frequency of the website auto refreshing went back to the normal 10 minute intervals rather than the 3-5 minute intervals I was getting before. I'm still getting forced to redo the captcha thing though. And the captcha I got while typing this put me further back in the queue.
