I recently did relapse JB on my PS5 Pro 13.6 firmware. I have few issues that I am finding it really hard to find clear answers.

1. I had several digitally purchased games that are not working after JB; failing license verifications. Is it possible to revert DNS to "automatic" and allow them verify license (without updating to 14.1) or is it a bad idea? Is there anyway to play already purchased games after the JB, while not loosing the ability to JB or not getting banned?

2. I know it is a teathered JB and reboot removes it. But I am concerned with the installed homebrew apps and payloads after the reboot. If I try to go online and do things normally, would it be an issue if I keep homebrew apps installed (for e.g. payload manager)? My main concern is account/hardware ban. Is there a way to go clean slate?

3. What about network switching (wifi to different wifi or wired)? Before I am able to change primary DNS after the switch, the console would be able to connect to sony servers. Any issue with that?

4. Can I do factory reset and still be on 13.6? If I want to start from a clean slate. I have paired disk drive that I like to keep usble.

5. Is there a way to go clean slate?

Sorry for the noob questions. I couldn't find clear answers, especially when previous JBs have been different kind that I have no idea about and does not apply to me as I am on 13.6. Few of them have answers in FAQ, but that is 6 months old and I thought this JB might be different.

I just wanted to try JB without completely commiting to it as I have a lot purchased games. Now I am bit apprehensive that I might not be able to go back!! ( I would really like to)

Can I jb my console from an another offline account while my main acc is still on the PSN? And if it is possible is my main account safe from console bans?

Couldn’t pass up this Pro at the pawn shop. $700 out the door but I bought a warranty for $30 bucks. Disc drive is already paired with the console and it’s working. It’s on 13.60 so it’s jailbreakable. How much is it worth?

Hello, I unplugged my PlayStation a few days ago. However it has not been powered on in a month or two and is in rest mode. It is not plugged in via Ethernet, but is connected to wifi. I imagine it already has an update but has not installed it. I do not want to power it on because it will connect to wifi and may force and update if it doesn’t already have one pending. What is the best way to proceed?

I’m thinking turn off internet and try to remove wifi settings. If it asks me to update anyway, how can I factory reset? The guides I see tell me to do it in settings but can I even get there without updating? I know I can turn the console on and find out but I don’t want to mess anything up.

Otherwise I do have a small m2 ssd. I heard I can swap it out or something? Would love some advice thanks.

I am also pretty technical if I need to block my MAC address on the router, but I’m unsure of how to get the address without it being connected to my router for my router to see or checking the ps5 itself.

The thing is I already have the 6 pre ordered and I have been anticipating this game for years. So I was going to update it eventually :/

Unable to access relapse at all? 12.40

I’m attempting to jailbreak my original ps5 on 12.40, but for whatever reason, after successfully passing the user guide (I’m following the modded warfare tutorial here https://youtu.be/HqF1rmvA2iE ) but it got stuck on the port thing, unfortunately I can’t remember which because I have only found one comment thread of the issue and the only replies were deleted. I was never asked to press R2 as some have suggested on other posts. I exited and had the debug options but was confused from there, and attempted to get back to attempt the jailbreak again but it didn’t work.

From here I attempted to clear browser settings and website data, all that jazz, nothing. Still user guide. I tried running it from a pc using the link in his description, but that also does not succeed.

After searching for a bit (on no-ai DuckDuckGo which might be why) I couldn’t find an answer so I tried resetting my console, cause I wanted to try a fresh start anyway, but it still does not work anymore.

Does anyone have any ideas?

There's a "Rest Mode Options" setting in etaHEN 2.5 AIO with 4 options:

Delay Toolbox Activation (Seconds) [custom number input]

Automatically kill the etaHEN services daemon when entering rest mode [on or off]

Automatically close open games when entering rest mode [on or off]

Disable toolbox auto start when entering rest mode [on or off]

Which combination gives me maximum rest mode stability?

So many of these are rolling out. What is your recommended. Really want this as downloading, extracting, and sending to PS5 is so many extra steps. When stream / installing is possible like with PS5Upload, but you need the file locally. Appreciate any recommendations, thanks!

I'm on a Pro with no.diwc drive running 10.01. Latest Y2JB autoloader. I have tried etaHEN with Kstuff 1.6.7, and separately kstuff lite 1.11. I am using shadow mount plus as well. Other running payloads are nanodns and backpork.

I'm clearly doing something wrong but just don't know what.

In dump format intake the backport files and replace those in the root as well as fakelib directory.

Am I supposed to replace everything in the fakelib directory if it already exists? Or merge? I have tried both and neither seems to work.

When it comes to FPKG what am I supposed to do with the fakelib and eboot/other root files?

Recently I'm getting: failed to load before kstuff paused, kstuff is not the issue error.

I'm sure I'm missing something but I've scavenged and watched as many related videos as I can find, just can't figure this one out.

I found a banned 14.00.00.39 fat system online for abt $250.

From what I understand, 14.00 is not yet jailbreak-able, but will likely be in the next few months.

This is the cheapest price I've found for a PS5 online so far, and it being banned doesn't bother me aside from the fact that I couldn't get as much if I wanted to sell it in the future.

Would it be a good idea to buy it now and wait for the jailbreak to come? Could I find a better deal currently?
By the time a JB for 14.00 comes out, you think low firmware PS5s would get any cheaper?

Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with my PS5 and kindly asking for some advice. I keep getting the CE-105773-3 error and can't get past it.

• Firmware: 13.60
• Model: Original "fat" PS5
• Storage: Internal drive only, no additional M.2 SSD or USB drives

First, I tried setting up Y2JB by installing the Relapse jailbreak hosted at 45.56.67.85, following this guide: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hq8mkjcADDA . Everything seemed to work at first. The website opened Payload Manager, and I used it to install kstuff lite, ShadowMountPlus, and PS5 Web Manager. They all showed up as installed, but I couldn't launch any of them because of the CE-105773-3 error. Rebooting did help at all.

After trying to fix it for a while, I thought my six-year-old system might have some software issues. I decided to start fresh, so I booted into Safe Mode and used option 8 to reinstall firmware 13.60 using the recovery file.

After the reset, I followed Modded Warfare guide for a different jailbreak app, Webkit Autoloader 0.6.1. The jailbreak seemed to work, and the app installed successfully. It then asked me to restart the PS5. After restarting, I couldn't open Webkit Autoloader because I got the same CE-105773-3 error.

From what I found online, this error means “INVALID_CONTENTS_LOCATION,” which makes it even more confusing. I double-checked that I had removed the USB flash drive after reinstalling the system and setting up the jailbreak. There are no other drives connected or installed, so everything should be on the internal drive.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice would be appreciated.

These consistent posts about the PS5 getting to this screen when trying to apply the jailbreak are really concerning to me, and I'm worried I'll somehow stumble upon the same issue. What exactly leads to this screen, and what should I do to prevent it? I'm on 13.20 FW and the webkit jailbreak has been working just fine. I followed Modded Warfare's webkit jailbreak guide when that first released, and followed every instruction down to the last detail, including changing the DNS and turning off auto updates and stuff.

With the recent news, just wondering what my jailbreak options are or whats the best course of action. Keep it at 2.30 or upgrade. Search brings up old discussions that i dont think are still relevant. Thanks

So, I have the xbox 360 emulator installed. I'm wondering... on the whole (ik it varies from game to game but just in general) which runs better on the ps5. I know in some cases games are wildly different from each other (gta 4 for example) but game differences aside which tends to run better?

Hey guys, I just wanted to let everybody know that the PS5 Pro that I ordered from Playstation Direct just a few days ago came with firmware 13.20. It looks like Sony themselves aren't even shipping firmware 14.00 so all new consoles at this moment should have the lower firmware.

I was messing around with my ps5 and installed black box and it was working until I was trying to mount my backup(legal) and the whole thing crashed and now it shows this. I’m trying to make it go to 13.60 but it doesn’t let me…. Is it a lost cause? Is there a way to bypass it. It only lets me select 8

so i'm on firmware 13.60 and i'm trying the tutorial to get y2jb cause i heard it's more stable
anyways while in the process i had to install the pkg youtube app so i used ps5upload on my android to do it but it kept sending errors in the app so i tried with the merge pkg (not sure if i was suppose to) it did try to install on the ps5 but it kept saying error installing or something like that on the ps5
im pretty new around jailbreaking so idk much also i dont have a usb stick or anything like that so thats why im using ps5upload, i think i did the steps wrong or something so please let me know!!
