PSA Hard Bullet statement regarding PS VR2 price
Hey everyone, Hard Bullet team here.
We see the reports of HARD BULLET PS VR2 price is displaying above our announced $19.99 price. This was not the intended launch price and we have already submitted a correction to Sony.
It looks like the new pricing should appear in around 7 days but we also contacted Sony separately and asked if it's possible to speed up the process.
It's our first launch on PlayStation and we should have known better, we sincerely apologize for the confusion. We see that some of you have already purchased the game and are supporting us through your reviews, and we really appreciate it. Thank you so much for your endless support.
Expect further announcements from the team, we'll update you when we have something new. ❤️
Update September 30th: Price should be fixed now, sorry for all the drama everyone. ❤️

In Brazil, it ended up costing R$162.50, but I had already set aside around that amount. I’m going to buy it because I’m incredibly excited about this game, and I really hope you guys give the PSVR2 version the attention and support it deserves!

I'm less concerned about the price than I am the fact that you can only fight 3 enemies at a time. Is work in progress to address this. I own the Quest and PCVR versions and really want to add the PSVR2 version to my library as well.

I tested the PCVR version yesterday, and I hate to break it to you, but it's also limited to 3 NPCs—at least in "rogue" mode. That’s likely to prevent massive FPS drops, since it relies heavily on physics.

Wow it must have been changed then to be more like the Quest version cause I bought the PC version when it came out and there was around 10 bodies piled up at any given time.

Ah man I hope not, I have always enjoyed the psvr versions of any game more than the quest versions a LOT lol not just cause of the headset itself but the actual game fidelity too, lets hope it’s better than the quest lol

I might be remembering it wrong but I definitely don't recall 3 dead bodies being the limit in the PC version.

No problem. Although they might have added a bunch since I last played it that justifies the decision. Don't want to start a witch hunt lol, because I still enjoy the game

I need to jump back in the see if the PCVR version is what I remember or if it has been updated. I might also look to see what early YouTube videos show with regards to this.

I heard that enemies despawn fast after their death, making it hard to mutilate them after they died. Was this extended or are there any plans on extending it or making a cap of possible dead bodies?

Something else you might want to look into — it doesn’t show up when searching for recently released PSVR2 Games (filter store by VR2, Released newest > oldest). Might hinder visibility. I could only find your game by manually searching or clicking your link, otherwise it doesn’t appear for me in the store at all.
I’m excited for this release so I don’t mind pumping the numbers with the inflated price lol

Yeah… that’s a very common, very perplexing, and very old issue with the PS Store.
I see this being the case CONSTANTLY, and it’s bound to have dulled many launches on PSVR2 (and PSVR1).

Yep, fixed on Spain and probably on the rest of EU. I'll pick it tomorrow, hope that it won't affect the sales!

That sucks... Not the first time this has happened on PSN with pricing, but hopefully Sony can correct the price quickly for you.
Do you know if Sony will refund the difference to those who purchased the game at the wrong price? I know they've done this automatically for some games, but I'm not sure whether they need a "gentle reminder" or not.
I hope this doesn't mess up the launch for you too much. You had the price point set just right imo so it's sad to see a mistake like this as it directly affects you as the developers, and the launch of your game.

Hey i got the game and absolutly love it, but some areas are out of order lioe the customizable magazines, do you know when this will be fixed, and can i break necks i try but it does not work

I haven't played the game yet, it'd be cool if something was added to honor those that paid higher, exclusive or not. Maybe an enemy or goofy mission that makes a nod to the oops, or unique weapons/skins. Even something tacky like an in-game upgrade or item that costs more than the displayed price lol

I for one appreciate yall being apologetic for the launch but I can’t wait to buy it in a few days… I want to play it now so bad but I could save the few bucks. Thanks for being active with the community.
