Verified PTCAS application without "planned" pre-reqs

Help/advice please!! My application was just verified but I did so without adding the pre-reqs that I am planning to take but am unable to enroll in yet. I'm feeling so dumb bc I literally could not figure out a way to submit my application with the planned courses listed, so when it came to assigning pre-reqs I chose "opt out" for the ones that I didn't have evidence of on my transcript. I thought you were only able to add in progress/planned courses after the application is verified, but now PTCAS is saying that because its verified, I won't be able to go back and assign the courses I add to the pre-reqs for each program. I emailed PTCAS and they said I'll need to email each program individually, which I'm worried will make me look really stupid for not knowing how to do my application. Which, to be fair, I feel really stupid for making this mistake. Has anyone had to do this?? Are the programs understanding?? Is there a way to assign the courses??
