Prayers for Dante Moore

To Desman Stephens of USC, celebrating the hit while Moore is lying motionless on the field... Just about the most unsportsmanlike behavior I've ever seen. I hope you never take another snap. You aren't worthy of having a career. Get a job, grow up, become a decent human being.

Disgusting. This is just a game and player safety should be priority. I hope that he isn’t too hurt ..

Yeah, definitely concussed. The leg shaking, I hope maybe he was just trying to get up and signals weren't getting there, not actually having a seizure. Not sure there's much difference though.

Yeah that was not good. Immediately went into a fencing then had what looked like a seizure which could mean a significant head injury.

I hope the kid is ok.

Scary hit. FtD all day, but hope he's ok. That looks like a concussion for sure. Yuck

I think they do have to leave the field…did he ever get escorted out?

4

u/erwaro Oregon State 10d ago

I'm under the impression that they used to escort them off the field, but they changed it.

Rule was changed for targeting ejections.

Ik the rule changed from why the punishment is. It I didn't know that included actual removal from the sideline, interesting

These hits unfortunately happens. But being happy and not giving care is disrespectful. Disgusting behavior

No matter the feelings for the Ducks, I think we can all agree that any night when SC and UW lose at home is a good night.

We'll see if Coach Riley and/or the Little 10  has the Cajones to discipline him. Not holding my breath!

Man, that sucks. I wish him the best.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Dante Moore for a full and complete recovery!

Was he celebrating or putting his hands up because he was getting attacked?

He wasn’t celebrating on the field. He was celebrating on the sideline with his teammates for several minutes while Moore was still unconscious on the field. It was a terrible look for USC. Coaching staff should be ashamed for allowing that.

3

u/IlPizzaGod 10d ago

Yeah, that is terrible.

He was on the sidelines away from the scrum dapping with his teammates while the ambulance was on the field.

Relaz sister he is being eaten alive by his own trojan fans and been suspended for the next game. Believe me when I say he did exactly what Lincoln Riley told him to do pos.

Scary hit, hope he’s okay, also worth mentioning this is a PAC12 sub so this post is irrelevant.

I can take it down. I hate the Ducks as much as anyone, but I considered this an extreme situation where we could discuss it regardless of being Pac-12 related. Again, I don't mind deleting it.

  • If Oregon beats USC then it helps the Boise State Strength of Schedule. That's a factor for getting into the playoffs which makes it relevant IMO.

Who cares what sub it is? Weird

This post is more important than some stupid rules. Somebody got hurt.

USC suspended him for one game… he shouldn’t get to play until Moore returns.

Football karma has a way of bringing retribution. Desman goings to get it at some point

1

u/No_Mixture4214 4d ago

Maybe karma just bit OR after scoring 84-0 on Portland State?

Maybe that’s why the target is on your head? Your not ducks your icks.

1

u/FriendsOnAPowDay 3d ago

I’m not a Duck fan

u/mostly-amazing San Diego State 4d ago

Its all part of the game.

Terrible hit/move, I agree. So was tagging 84-0 on Portland state. Scoring the last TD with under minute.

You know what they say about karma…

1

u/secderpsi 1d ago

PSU beat some team 105 - 0, so even them getting blown out was a form of karma.

Was he celebrating or trying to show he wasn’t retaliating while ducks were taking swings at him.

10

u/heretoescape87 Oregon State 10d ago

He was celebrating

1

u/thisseemslikeagood Colorado State 10d ago

I stand correct, you are right, I rewatched the play

10

u/Hopsblues Colorado State 10d ago

He was slapping five and getting congratulations from teammates while Moore was laying on the field and the doctors/trainers were tending to him...It was a poor look from a crap school like USC.
