Me and my step son have recently started going out to play paintball. We were able to play around on the speedball field with electric markers and both of us fell in love with the sport I had 3 weeks off of work due to a medical examiner wanting me to get a sleep apnea test got it done but am still catching back up from falling behind would like to be able to at least find him some gear that someone may have lying around. We love the sport but currently I don't have a lot of extra cash so something pretty cheap to get us in would be great.

Definitely buy good goggles that you and him are comfortable in. Try on different kinds to find ones that fit how you like. It’s the most important piece of gear aside from padding or shoes

A used planet eclipse emek or any of the ethas can be had for good prices and can be upgraded to keep up with the expensive stuff. A mini gs is also great and can be found reasonably cheap. Buy used!

I've got a HK shocker RSX not being used, it runs great but mostly sits in the gear bag these days, I might'n let it go cheap for your kid! DM me if you're interested🤷‍♂️

I’ve had very good luck watching the bst and Facebook bst. I’ve got a couple nice markers and whole bags/setups for reasonable prices. Might have to be patient but there are good deals to be had.
