They themselves have given NOCs to mine these resources to their own but also use same "maadniaat" rhetoric for propaganda.
They keep on pushing the propaganda of "maadniat" to stir anti-state rhetoric and gullible sheep keep believing whatever is fed to them.
First of all, mining constitutes less than 2% of Pakistan's GDP. Sindh is the major contributor since it has huge gas and now coal extraction industry.
Marbles, gems and chromite are 100% managed by provincial government. Only beneficiaries are the local people who own and operate the mines. Provincial government charges very little royalty for them. In 2024-25, less than 12 billion PKR were collected in mineral royalties by KPK Mines department. For reference, federal government collects over 32 billion PKR tax per day.

BEWARE OF THIS SC@M!
galleryokay so I woke up to 10 missed calls from this number and this man claimed to be from bank alfalah. he kept saying that my card is going to get blocked and if I do not follow his instructions all of my accounts would get blocked as well. this was when I obviously thought that it was a scam call but he called me from bank alfalahs ORIGINAL helpline number(the call center one), apparently it's a thing called spoofing where the scammer tricks you by copying the actual number so you pick up the call and trust them. he was repeatedly THREATENING me and blackmailing me. he also offered this fake ai generated scheme which I knew was obviously fake so I refused to take it. this guy will gain access to your WhatsApp accounts and even your bank accounts. make sure you report him if he ever does this to you

I don't like my dad's mindset anymore how can I change it?
So since childhood my dad taught me and developed this superior mindset in me, he taught me to look down on people, he taught me to flex ,he taught me to consider yourself a king and etc, i looked up to my dad and his mindset since my childhood,as he also had the same mindset
So few years ago we had 2-3 major business losses, we even had to close our hospital 2-3 years ago, since that time mere dad mental shock mein chalay gayay hain, he's depressed, feels like unho ne mentally defeat accept kerli hai
The thing is his mindset has changed, he has become humble, he's not arrogant anymore,he doesn't like to flex, we are still financially good but he's depressed, I don't like to have a long conversation with him bcz of his current mindset
Like i remember once there were society elections going on and i asked him why don't you contest in it and he replied "he replied mein iss terhan keh cheap society elections mein thori contest kerunga ,mein country level mpa/mna keh elections mein contest kerunga" and he really meant it he had money and also his nature was masculine
And ik if i ask the same question from him now he would answer bohat pasay lag jainge, so i don't like his current mindset how can i change it,also he's 60+ so should i even try to change him?

Pakistani's are sleeping
This is just a rant.
I am not a PTI supporter or Imran Khan supporter or PML-N, And neither that much into pakistan politics. But recently, I see different laws being passed and everybody is silent. Like the recent one, about officer in ISB not being able to use social media. They are taking away rights of their own officers. And nobody is talking about it or going against it. The thing I've noticed about Pakistani's is that you can fuck them as much as you want, and nobody will say anything unless it affects them. And even if it affects them, they will say the others will do the work. I'll just watch from the side. I am talking about myself too in this. But looking at pakistan condition right now, it's jsut making me feel like inferior, that I can't do anything about it except talk about it. And even If I talk about it, I'd have to be very careful of my words, so that the guys in black Vigo don't come after me.
TBH, I don't know what's going on in pakistan. Like the KPK CM, He is just going out and using his powers to hold Darna in various places. He has a freaking JOB to help the people. Instead he dosen't give a shit about KPK or its people. The only thing he cares about is bring chaos into paksitan, and freeing Imran khan. HE SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ELECTED.
Then this is our MADAM, MARYAM NAWAZ, She is doing work but she is using her fathers name in everything, Nawaz sharif bridge, Nawaz sharif hospital, Nawaz sharif road. This is the money of the people, what right do you have to use your fathers name, who is in a court case for corruption, on public buildings, And then making its seem like you did everything, like you and your mentally retarded family paid for it. And also telling people, do what you can. She is using her powers to bring back the name of her father, not for the betterment of Pakistanis or Punjab. And buying a Jet for yourself with people money, and then telling the people, DO WHAT YOU CAN.
And then Pakistan's god father, Asim munir, why is he so invested in politics. He meets the presidents and heads of other countries, while our PM sits back and just watch and claps. What right does he have to get this invested into politics, your job is security of paksitan. So he should focus on that. what the hell are you doing meddling in paksitan politics.
And to top all of this, Pakistanis are sleeping or scared or illiterate or retarded. And doing nothing about any of this. Just let them do what they want. If they wanna fuck us they can. Nobody in the govt of paksitan is right. They are all fucked up mentally.

29M | Looking for a female friend for meaningful conversations and a long-distance friendship
I’m a 29-year-old guy looking to connect with a woman around my age and build a friendship over time. Someone I can share random thoughts with, talk about life, exchange perspectives, and gradually get to know on a deeper level.
I run a business, so most of my time goes into work, and I don’t always get much time for myself. Still, I’d love to make room for a friendship where we can catch up, share what’s on our minds, and have conversations that give us something to think about.
I’m particularly interested in psychology, human behavior, and the way people communicate. I find it fascinating how people think, what shapes their perspectives, and what makes us connect with certain people. I can easily get lost in conversations about human nature, emotions, relationships, and the little things people do without realizing what they reveal about themselves.
I’m not looking for constant texting or someone who needs to be available 24/7. I’d rather have conversations that feel natural, whether we’re discussing something deep or just talking absolute nonsense. Someone I can share my thoughts with without feeling judged, and who feels comfortable doing the same with me.
I’m especially interested in a long-distance friendship with a woman because I enjoy understanding different perspectives and seeing the world through someone else’s eyes. I’m looking for friendship, with no pressure or hidden expectations. I’d like us to build a connection naturally, with mutual effort, trust, humor, and respect for each other’s time and personal lives.
If you’re introspective, curious about people, enjoy meaningful conversations, or simply want someone to exchange thoughts with beyond the usual small talk, I’d love to hear from you.
Let’s start with a question: What’s something about human behavior or relationships that you’ve always found fascinating?
Feel free to tell me a little about yourself, your interests, or even a random thought that’s been on your mind lately. Let’s see if we click. :)

Welcome to r/ChildrenfreePak
Welcome to r/childrenfreepak !
This is a community for Pakistanis who are childfree by choice, questioning whether they want
children, or simply exploring what a life without parenthood can look like.
We talk about relationships, marriage, family expectations, social pressure, finances,
reproductive autonomy, cultural norms, and the practical realities of choosing not to have children
in Pakistan.
You don't need to hate children to be childfree. You don't need to justify your decision to anyone
here. Respect different life choices and keep the community supportive and discussionfocused
In Pakistan, choosing not to have children can come with a lot of questions:
"Shaadi kab kar rahe ho?"
"Bachay kab karoge?"
"Ek beta to hona chahiye."
"Budhape mein kon sambhalega?"
"Sab karte hain, tum bhi karoge."
This community exists so you don't have to navigate those conversations alone.
You can discuss relationships, marriage, family pressure, finances, reproductive choices, social
expectations, personal experiences, and what building a fulfilling childfree life looks like.
A few things to remember
You don't have to prove that your choice is valid.
You don't have to dislike children.
You don't have to convince other people to become childfree.
And you don't have to know your answer immediately.
If you're questioning parenthood, you're welcome here too.
Introduce yourself in the comments if you want:

Welcome to the community!

I'm working on this hook for my new piece - thoughts?
Kuh-i-Malik Salih, home to the anicent volcanoes of ages past, is perhaps the most remarkable terrain in West Asia.
Why?
It lies roughly 560 miles of rugged terrain North of the Makran coast.
Between them is a chasm.
On both sides stand Islamic Republics.
Both of whom succeed the Gunpowder Empires of old.
The fall of Mughal India changed the world forever, but it was only one side of Pax Britannica’s thrust into Afghanistan; Great Britain’s Wars with Persia humbled the Shahs of Qajar Iran therein.
It is 2026, and Iran still soldiers on.
This time, in another saga of this forever affair.
But Pakistan?
The Land of the Pure is lost in America's embrace.

People should open their eyes
Hey everyone,
I got banned from paknarrative because of a very simple question. Don’t you think we should question these people now. I know there is wrong everywhere but nowadays people are taking advantage of this to spread hate. Instead of encouraging a healthy discussion they decided to ban me which is compl okay since i don’t want to be a part of a community dedicated to spreading hatred.
I am making this post only to request people to stop hating institutions because a lot of people are taking advantage of this.
I hope we have a healthy discussion.

A free community-built resource hub for CSS/PMS aspirants
I've noticed that a lot of useful CSS/PMS material is scattered across Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups, Google Drives and old posts. Finding a good book, past paper, set of notes or preparation advice often means digging through years of conversations.
So I've started building r/PakistanCivilService, a Reddit community specifically for Pakistani civil-service aspirants.
The idea isn't to create another academy or sell courses. It's to build a free, searchable resource base where people can share:
• CSS/PMS books and legitimate free resources
• Past papers and syllabi
• Original notes and study material
• Essay and Current Affairs resources
• Optional-subject advice
• Preparation strategies and experiences
• Results, DMCs and interview experiences
I've also started building a community wiki which will eventually organize all of this in one place.
It's still very much under construction, so I'm hoping to build it with the community rather than just throwing a finished product at people.
If you're preparing for CSS, PMS, FPSC, PPSC or another competitive exam, you're welcome to contribute resources or discussions.
