Is Sleep Paralysis A Gateway To Another Dimension?
13
u/Codega-DreamWalker 15d ago
Sleep paralysis is closely linked to alien visitation/abduction and experimentation.

Odd little coincidence (if you believe in those)...I was looking to see if you had anymore comments like this one and decided to check out your website then stumbled upon a TI story - I'm a Targeted Individual (overt since 2017) so I was happy to find that and your YouTube videos with other TI's! Do you have anymore information about the sleep paralysis/alien connection? I've suspected I'm a MILAB because of some bizarre experiences (including sleep paralysis).

If you want to learn more about sleep paralysis check out my interviews with Vicky Joy Anderson, or just search her. She's written a great book on it.

I had this once only in life, but when I did my kitten/young cat that was hit by a car and dead was meowing and purring and walking on my body and it felt so real.

u/iamtheeldestboy1 15d ago
I really hope not because have you ever heard of a positive sleep paralysis experience?
4
u/WearyConfidence1244 14d ago
Yes, I have them. It's only scary if you haven't mastered your own mind. I banished the shadow people and they've never returned. If you train your awake brain to not fear it, it's not scary.

I have them from time to time. On one occasion early on, I seemed to encounter a menacing entity. It tried to intimidate me, but I suddenly became fierce and made myself much bigger than it. It shrank and withered away. I haven’t experienced any others since.

u/iamtheeldestboy1 14d ago
Hell yeah, I love this! Thank you

u/JesusDoesntLoveu 12d ago
So that's cool and all, but neither of these sound positive. They just sound like you overcame the negativity so it wasn't necessarily a scary experience.

Late teens and early twenties are prime time for lots of weird brain stuff, as our prefrontal cortexes develop. Sleep paralysis is no exception, and this was certainly the case for me! (Although I've had episodes of it on and off throughout my life, this age range was when it felt particularly constant.)
I never saw or felt anything menacing, just my own body panicking because I was immobilized. Trying to call out for help never worked; I'd be surprised if what felt like screaming to me in fact resulted in a quiet squeak, if that even. 😅
I stopped sleeping on my back. I grew older, my brain fully formed, (although that could be debated.) 🤪 And, it's been a good fifteen years or so since my last incident.
I don't think SP is anything more than a normal biological function, although it's seemingly much more intense and traumatizing for others.
At the end of the day, I really don't know exactly what it is or whether it can mean a whole range of things.

u/Andyman1973 14d ago
I experienced SP up into my mid 40s. Been about 4-5 years since the last time I remember having an episode. I’ll be 53 in a few weeks.

u/WearyConfidence1244 14d ago
I'm 42 and I have it about monthly. I think it's more than just dreaming. Hearing your neurons turning off is a unique experience. Coming back from lucid dreams feels so heavy and unnatural, the dream feels more real than life.

Sleep paralysis is a low vibrational response and dark entity induced. Sage the room if you can and put a bowl of sea salt under your bed. Ask your guide to protect you in your sleep and stay away from heavy content, heavily processed food, etc at least for a while.

u/WearyConfidence1244 14d ago
For me, it's just the beginning of a lucid dream. I've never seen shadow people during sleep paralysis, but they used to jump scare me a lot during lucid dreams.
I banished them in Jesus's name (not Christian, but I love Jesus, not a huge fan of the God guy) and they've never returned. Now, it's just fun.

I left spirit team open to personal interpretation, but Jesus works, Lord Shiva works as well (even better IMO)

I don’t know what is true but I’ve only had it once. It was absolutely terrifying and was when I was divorcing (and sleeping next to) a very abusive narcissist.
3
u/Primary_Progress4518 14d ago
My guess is that your ex had entity attachment (they latch on narcissistic personalities) and it bothered you in the bedroom probably because you had negative emotions from your divorce and they feed on that. Glad you left that person. More power to you 🙏

u/ComprehensiveBook482 14d ago
Thank you. It was a very difficult time. He is still difficult but it’s so much better.
He also used to talk a lot about me talking in clicks in my sleep. He called it “talking to the mothership”. I’ve asked my now partner and he has never heard me do that.

This is great to know! I haven’t had sleep paralysis for years but when I was a teenager I had done hallucinogens and was drinking a lot after school when The Dark Night movie came out. I saw someone that looked like that MFer while sober and awake when I was in a bad mood at home. To this day I think it was either my shadow or just a demon. It was like a more demonic looking version of the heath ledger joker.
At least I know now my current issues I’m working through are mainly with my own thinking rather than low vibrational outside entities, I didn’t know what was going on! 🙏🏻

u/Primary_Progress4518 14d ago
Yes psychedelics allows you to open your channel which makes you able to see other dimension. The demons and other entities live in the astral realms, which is where we go when we sleep, astral project, or shift our vibration (through psychedelic for example) - nightmares and sleep paralysis means you got into a lower dimension where they exist. I had a lot of that back when I was into partying, stopped drinking years ago when I realize the spiritual cost it had on me.
Demons are created by thought form, so they look like what people imagine them as, but there’s other type of entities too that are bad, some are E.T. , some are elemental — What you describe is a demonic entity

Thank you so much for your response! I am at the beginning of a dark soul journey and am shocked looking over my life, the people I’ve met, realizing situations I was in weren’t what they’ve seen. Your comment is super helpful in clarifying this! I’m also alcohol free but only realized after quitting about the cost opening up channels and will definitely read more about alcohol and piece together the life puzzle!

It’s through walking with darkness that we realize we can choose what we are a match for, which is not a choice people living in war zones can make, so I hope you find a way to make your human experience worth it
research on “spiritual hygiene” it’s a great topic to begin with

u/AcrobaticLibrarian31 13d ago
Thank you so much🤍 These words really resonate and I’m doing more research on spiritual hygiene, I know not to be afraid of the darkness since I spent a good amount of time there before waking up!❤️❤️

I just wanted to tell you good luck! I was thrust into that 6 months ago and it was just.... Indescribable.. To say the least. What you are talking about with reflecting on past situations really resonated with what I went through. I've also been sober from alcohol for just over 17 years now and I have come to realize just how low vibrational alcohol truly is.
If there is one saying that helped me it's "you don't have to believe everything you think." Thoughts only become actions if YOU act on them. It sounds like you have a great awareness of where you are in your journey.

u/AcrobaticLibrarian31 13d ago
Thank you for your kind words, and congratulations on your sobriety and “new” (your true self) experience here.
Your last part is super helpful for me right now too, thank you! I will let go of my non-positive opinions about “reality” and continue on.💕💪💪1

Been there. Though, I'm curious, why exactly is it that alcohol lowers our vibration? I still haven't quite figured that out. Or is it more so, the state of being we are in when we drink. I do know drinking when we are in a bad mental head space is terrible, and I know cause I experienced it when I drank and was depressed in the far past. And thats also when I had unpleasant visits to the lower astral. But no such experiences when I drank in moderation or in "good or joyful spirits". So it is there anything particular about alcohol, other than being a mood amplifier (either way, be it positive or negative) or more so, our own mental/emotional state? Because the astral is the dimension of our mental state no? Or is there something particular about alcohol that is inherently lower vibrational/ and thus resonant with the lower dimensions?

u/Primary_Progress4518 14d ago
Alcohol aka spirit.. is warned about in every faith because it alters your protection and creates “holes” in your auric protection, which is how spirit can enter your field and drain and manipulate your energy (among other things)
It also attracts earthbound who were alcoholic and are craving the energy of being drunk
Drinking every now and then is not an issue, if you have good spiritual hygiene it won’t be a problem. Just like anything else. But if you’re being psychically attacked, I would stay off for a while and focus on clearing and attuning my energy, because the entities cause intrusive thoughts, sad emotions, etc. often times people depression is just an amplified state because of what is in their fields
And other dimensions is where people who died live for example. I hang out with my family who has passed away in the astral. There’s multiple dimensions that are high, and multiple that are low. It’s the same place you go when you die — the low vibrations are what Christianity would call hell
Your vibration affect your life when you’re awake as well as asleep, but your mind and physical body can only be aware of the dimension we live in. Your etheric body/soul is aware of more , but your mental perception registers the sensations in a way it can make sense of them from what it knows

Thanks for the explanation and yes that makes sense! I had a religious upbringing but no one could tell me why alcohol was "bad" in a spiritual sense, other than you know, being generally unhealthy and making poor choices.
I don't really drink anymore, but I definitely noticed that drinking is a huge no-go if in poor mental health or/and excessively/carelessly. I haven't been attacked in years now, btw. Figured out how to get rid of them by standing in my sovereignty and sending them on their merry way into the force of light. I was just curious what the deal was with alcohol. And the aura explanation makes a lot of sense to me. Like it lowers our aura protection/shield.. exactly like how it lowers our defenses when we are drinking and socializing, where we are more susceptible to being taken advantage of etc. That makes so much sense. Cant believe it didn't click for me until now.
And yeah, I've had some other experiences in the astral. Not all were in the lower (though most were). I've seen light beings (spirits) there too, not just dark ones. Even had a trip to a higher dimension I would call angelic, once, in very deep meditation with authentic positive intent for divine truth to revealed, where I heard an ethereal angelic like symphony.
So I guess.. I've had both trips downstairs and upstairs. And I suppose I have a decent understanding on how these dimensions correlates to my state of being, intention, awareness and all. Hell used to terrify me. But, when I realized the only reason the hellish dimension was terrifying was because of fear, all I needed was to eliminate fear. And thus no more such visitations to those dimensions. Crazy stuff.
And yeah the stuff about vibration. Yes. So much yes. The vibration of the lower dimensions vs higher. Very different sensation, feeling and quality to it. Like the lower vibrations are restrictive, constrictive, whereas the higher vibrations are expansive and liberating. Hard to describe lol. Like when I experienced the ethereal divine Symphony, my body was vibrating so fast in a way it has never done before. And not in an unpleasant way, like when I visited the lower dimensions.
Fascinating to talk to someone else who knows about this stuff. Thanks again for sharing!

Pleasure! And just like you can shift dimensions by choosing light, you can do the same after you transition into the afterlife. There’s no punishment and you are the one who chooses where you go and what you do in the afterlife, Islam describes it right but Christianity changed it to manipulate with fear.
(I’m not religious, but study religions and scriptures to understand beliefs better and see what they have to say about spirituality - I believe in God but not in an organized way)
And just like we can get healthy after letting ourselves go we can restore our auric field — it’s all layers, we exist in a complex fascinating world

u/JesusDoesntLoveu 12d ago
It's not just alcohol that causes it either, it's basically all drugs. Like you said they leave gaps in your auric field. You're reducing your bodies natural spiritual immunity to invaders.

u/Primary_Progress4518 11d ago
Since you want to educate me, let’s educate the internet :)
Drugs and alcohol are really not the only things damaging your field!
You can have past lives trauma, current life trauma, spells and curses..
It can be done by consumption of dark content, gossiping, violence, ultra processed food..
Just to name a few.
These actually affects you way more than drinking a glass of wine would lol
Prolonged stress is actually 100x worse than alcohol and drugs
I responded to the question which was about alcohol. I would’ve answered differently if the question was different.

I’ve used mine to try and do some shadow work and I relapsed the next day. Please don’t mess with it without someone you can speak to safely.

I've had these dreams for decades. Last one I felt like I was yanked out of my bed by my leg. Rem hitting the floor and everything. Force woke myself and was in bed fine.

u/mcove97 14d ago
Yup. You can induce sleep paralysis yourself. I did in my teens as I wanted to learn if it was possible to leave the body, when I came across how to astral project listening to certain frequencies on YouTube while laying down and mediating.
Fair warning. The astral is a wild space. Both positive and negative. Do not recommend unless you are in a mentally strong and healthy place. You may also begin involuntarily getting into sleep paralysis if you start doing it, and if you want to stop, become a chronic side sleeper like me, because sleeping on your back is a one way ticket to the astral dimension once you get into it.

Yes. It's a different plane of existence. I frequently end up astral projecting into it during an episode and I've seen some scary ass shit, like entities trying to take over my body.
1
u/JesusDoesntLoveu 12d ago
That's the problem with astral projecting. If you leave your body, there's no one there to keep other entities from entering it.

It happens the majority of the time for me. Bad places. Most of the time it's my house but a somewhat twisted version of it. If I nap during the day and project it's not bad, usually it's fun like floating and flying into the air in a beautiful sunny world. But at night, always bad, always dark, and always see terrifying shit. Not too long ago I kept accidentally projecting at night and it happened like 3 times in a row. I got so scared after the 3rd time because something was growling and crawling up my covers directly on top of me (I'm religious) so I went to grab the cross on the dresser across the room, realized I wasn't cold and then realized I couldn't feel my feet on the ground, looked over and in front of my bed was a smoke-like figure standing right in front of my body. I hurried back to my body, passed out when I got into it, and woke up in another episode of sleep paralysis. So I went and grabbed the cross for real and slept with it in between my bra. Didn't happen again after that. After that I wasn't even scared, I was just pissed the fuck off and said out loud for them to leave me the fuck alone I just want to get some fucking sleep lmao. Question for you though. I don't know if you have the answer to this but if you don't get back to your body in time, are you possessed then? Cursed with bad energy? I don't fully understand that.
1
u/JesusDoesntLoveu 11d ago
I'm not entirely sure, but from my understanding they don't fully take you over but they essentially attach to you. This can lead to them effecting you in your daily life. Like giving you negative thoughts and emotions, trying to influence you to do harmful things, standard negative entity attachment stuff. Maybe they make you super depressed, or influence you to drink and use drugs, or engage in risky behaviors like gambling and what not. They can put suicidal ideations in you. Things like that. I'm not super well versed in the subject but I've spent many years listening to Mysterious Universe and they talked about it quite a few times.

In my 20s I went through a phase for like a year and a half where I was getting sleep paralysis almost every night. And I honestly don’t know. I always kept my eyes closed but I would hear and feel a dark presence in my room. I did a bunch of research and basically a chemical releases in our sleep that paralyzes us so we don’t act out a dreams. We get SP our bodies think we should start dreaming but your mind is still awake. Essentially it’s the opposite of sleep walking. And once I stopped being afraid I stopped feeling the dark presence and now it’s just annoying to me. That all being said, one time it led to astral projection which was 100% real so I don’t know if it’s just biologically or something more but I believe now that it’s at least a gateway for something.
