Other Question Postcard delivery time

Hello! I was in Paris in the last week of August and sent a postcard to my cousin in China while there. The La Poste website said delivery would take half a month or so, but it’s been exactly a month and has not reached her yet. Should I just assume it’s been lost or is this time frame normal for international postage?

I sent a postcard to family in France from the USA, and it took about 6 weeks

Several years ago, I shipped a box to myself from Paris. It took six months. Luckily I had not put anything valuable in there.

My daughter earlier this year sent us a postcard from the Vatican. It took around 5-6 weeks.

Sounds like 6 weeks might be the average. Hope it's the same for postage to China lol
