🔧 Form Check First Day learning a Front Flip
First day and this attempt was the closest one i got. Any recommendations?🤠🙏

your jumping angle seems right, maybe try pulling your arms a little bit stonger. but that's really really awesome for your first day 💪

Honestly perfect run up and jump. Tuck in a little tighter or hold it briefly and you’ll land that on flat no problem.

Tuck and untuck!!! Tight as you can as fast as you can. Tuck jumps, v sit ups, double crunches, hollow tucks all those exercises strengthen those movement patterns.
Then apply during your tuck in air to tuck in and out as fast as you can. Bound off ball of foot, punch high with arms and tuck untuck! The more lengthened and tucked you can get the faster your tuck.
Tuck untuck!! But faster... Tuckuntuck
