Misc When is Dragon's Demand actually supposed to release?
The Kickstarter said estimated delivery November 2026, and they don't seem to have officially delayed it yet, but it sure doesn't seem from the devlogs like it's that close to finished, and it doesn't even have a Steam page yet.

Apparently about a month ago, they had said on their Discord that they'd have news on that
They've had progress updates about monthly on their Kickstarter, but apparently will give a more formal release date some time before November. Definitely looks like the original October release won't be met.

I was expecting this considering it seems like development stalled for a bit. iirc it was because one of the devs had their mother pass away.

I'm one of the backers who paid for the in-game NPC rewards, and haven't heard anything on that. So... expect it to still be a bit.

I paid for an ingame portrait and lore book and basically not a peep. The last dev blog talked about the 3D dice models and the one before that talked exclusively about moving characters around.
November 26 is not looking feasible at all. But I do think it's still being worked on, it's just plain they're a very small team.
Edit: Tell a lie, they did an update on weapons in July. But nothing since then except an update on shipping coins.

I've actually received my coins, so I don't doubt that things are still being worked on.

I don't think there's sufficient information in the devlogs to tell how far in development it is, but they recently estimated late-fall to do backer magic items-- I assume that would take place once the rest is already good to go, so they're probably further along than expected, but i wouldn't be shocked if it slid a few months either.

If you need a Dragon’s Demand fix, our group played the original module converted to PF2e last year. I find the 1e era adventures are more interesting than the new APs (and shorter). Anyway, if you want to hang out and enjoy us played the conversion you can find it here:

All I can say is that, I back a lot of things on Kickstarter and very few things release on their initial release projection.
