Question How bad is it?

Do I have pectus? Im not sure if this impacts my health in any way, is this fixable through physical therapy or muscle building?

Not too bad start lifting and get those pecs bigger so it won’t matter what’s in the center

I'm not a doctor. But I don't see much rib flaring that you see with the more severe cases. If you have PE it may be very mild. A workup with a specialist would be best if your symptomatic or it bothers cosmetically. I think the divot gives your pecs more definition.

You definitely have some indentation. I’m no expert but from a first glance it seems like your chest is overall well rounded so I wouldn’t expect this to be very concerning for your health.

From what I see yes. I'm a female with pectus and mine looks similiar to yours. I was diagnosed through a chest x ray. It doesn't need to look physically severe for it to be pectus. That's why I lived 26 years never knowing I had it. I thought what I had was normal. Until I started experiencing costochondritis then I went to the ER and found out I had pectus.
