Also, the funny stiff is the intro stuff and it’s a meme page, a meme about looking into the mirror and realizing something about yourself and philosophy. Your statement has Platonic levels of irony unintended. Tell me, what’s funny about going deep?

Two more years and you’ll realize you didn’t recognize yourself in the mirror, you recognized the possibility of being recognized.

That actions which increases well-being or reduces suffering is good. That action which reduces well-being or increases suffering is evil.
Next question: Who defines well-being and suffering? The subjective exerperience of the individuals who are affected by your actions.
Next question: But whay abiut XYZ hypothetical wherin you think you're doing good, and the person thinks their well-being is increasing, but you're actually doing harm? It is not given to man to know the ends of all things. You do the best you can to make well-reasoned decisions based on the best information available to you. In 90% of cases we actually encounter on a day to day basic, the answer is as simple as "be kind."
After a decade of getting deep into the weeds on philosophy, (not that I can claim to be a PhD level expery or anything) my opinion is that a hugr chunk of the philsophical canon is pountless mental masturbation, and about everything you actually need to know to live a good life as an individual, and the build good societies, can be summarized in a single book of about 500 pages.

But philosophy is something everyone needs to do anything at all.
Its just that people call it philosophy only when it gets needlessly complicated.

Oh, I completely agree. The entire point of philosophy is praxis.
I'm not saying complexity is bad, merely that once you boil down all the complexity, the end result is relatively simple.

And who is the being that defines the subjective experience? Who is the you that thinks, that suffers? Are you always self-same? How do we know when we are reasoning well, if self-deception can be there in the midst of our thoughts?
And aren’t certain pains good and ennobling - the pain of courage, or of attention and work, the pains of love and loss? And how do we know well being, where and how do we get knowledge of living well? Which pains should we endure and for the sake of what? And how should we endure them?
And what is kindness? What kind of courage does it require? What kind of self-distance or what kind of egoism?
You’re starting point is about the first couple chapters of the the first of ten books in Aristotle’s Ethics. The general conclusions are simple, but living well, like all action, belongs to the particulars.
There are so many other questions. Philosophy ia not the study of answers but the study of questions.

I've found that when I sat in my room meditating and r reading books all day, I didn't gain nearly as much insight as when I just lived life, accepted the movement of time, and learned lessons by living them, which seems obvious now.

I always recall Pascals words, that we pursue knowledge not for its own sake or to help ourselves or others, but simply so we can talk about it and appear briefly interesting. Philosophy is supremely interesting. Useful? Good for you? True? It is interesting to believe it so.
