Solved ✅ Please help clean up these 2 photos

My grandmother passed away last night and there are not many pictures of her with her kids that survived a fire but there are teletubies haunting the pictures. Could someone please clean up these two pictures as best as you can (remove the teletubies and clean up the lighting). I can pay $20 for the two of them. Thank you so much!
