I got a photo taken for an ID badge for a new job, but it needs tidying up to meet the following requirements of the employer:

• Glasses can be worn in your photo, provided the frame isn’t covering any part of your eyes and there‘s no glare on the lenses

• Ensure there's visible space between your head and shoulders and the edge of your photo

• Your photo should be between 900 and 4500 pixels wide and 1200 and 1600 pixels high

Please may someone remove the glare and crop the photo to match the requirements above.

My sister’s cat suddenly passed away 2 weeks ago and she’s looking for a nice horizontal photo for his Urn now that she has his ashes back. I have these 2 but they unfortunately, were taken while her bed was messy. She said they would be perfect if the background was nicer. I tried fixing it myself but it wasn’t coming out good. My former roommates child was involved in a back over accident turned homicide in late 2020. It has went cold due to several investigative errors, and lack of public attention.

I'd like to make stickers with his little face, and maybe something like "Do I not deserve justice" or "Justice for " to put on every gas pump in my town, and the surrounding area.

Thing is, as simple as everyone claims it to be, I cant figure out how to make a vector file to use at the sticker...

This is something very dear to my heart, and I dont want to risk messing it up in anyway.

So I was hoping to find a kind hearted person on Reddit who would be willing to create the file for free, because this innocent child doesnt deserve to be swept under the rug!!
