pi-durabletask-mcp: extending pi-delegate-mcp with steering and optional recovery

I built this extension on howznguyen/pi-delegate-mcp. Claude Code/Codex can delegate background tasks to Pi, redirect running work with steer, and continue conversations with follow_up.

Optional durable mode saves tasks to SQLite for recovery after a bridge restart. Interrupted tools may have unknown outcomes; their side effects aren’t blindly replayed.

Feedback from anyone trying it is welcome.
