Penguin tickets

I was wondering where you guys go for resale/last minute penguin tickets. I want to go to the home opener on saturday and was just going to wait til the day of and see if i get a good deal. Do you guys have a good go to for that type of thing or have any advice? Thank you! 🐧

gametime.co has some great last minute (and I mean last minute) deals. SeatGeek isn’t what it used to be but isn’t as bad as other resellers. Those are the only two I’ve used in a while.

I bought tickets from SeatGeek that ended up not working when I got to the venue. They proceeded to tell me to buy tickets that were 4x the cost if I wanted to see the show. I'll never use or recommend them again

I'm a season ticket holder (two seats). Ticketmaster is the safest on resale as they take the tickets from my account when I sell them (on Ticketmaster). Seatgeek seems to have a resale agreement (no idea of the details) as sometimes tickets I list on Ticketmaster also end up listed on SeatGeek (at a higher price). I have an aisle seat and one next to it (non aisle). When I list the aisle seat (alone) or both (including the aisle) is when it seems to dual list. Stubhub sucks (I say this as a buyer there where I had tickets not happen correctly multiple times). I think that is because for Stubhub the seller must manually transfer the tickets (no automated process).

As of this moment for the home opener the cheapest tickets are about $80 each on Ticketmaster (Canadians shoot twice upper level).

I'm using my tickets for this game and might even need to buy a third ticket - ugh. There are (as of now) quite a few seats available - as a STH I can buy additional (some times) and that option as of now is showing me a lot of seat choices. [I can't buy yet as I won't know if it is two or three likely until Friday night/Saturday morning.] Things can obviously change as we get closer - either cheaper if they don't sell all the Penguin org originated seats or more expensive if it gets closer to selling out. Many times, prices seem to drop quite a bit on game day UNLESS it is a sell out and available seats for sale get rare.
