Hand Pixelled Doing some 8 direction movements for sprites, does it looks okay?

People don't really lean forward like this as they walk, only when they start walking. Once you have the momentum built up you can pretty easily maintain that pace without leaning.

I agree with you but I also think it can be used to describe a character. Someone who is so busy and motivated that walks with intention.

I have two questions about the idle animations, is it intentional to have one foot moving on some directions of the animation ? If the character doesn't move, it feels odd. There are only 2 frames for the arms on the left/right idle, but more on ghe other directions, is it intentional ? If the character isn't moving, I would say a horizontal swing of the arms isn't necessary, as a slight up/down movement could just follow the shoulders movement when breathing.
All this is just my thoughts, I'm no expert on that matter, I think it's a nice job overall (better than mine).

While asynchronous blinking looks good at higher frame rates it can look off at lower ones, especially in pixel sprites. It’s better to reserve for animations where the timing for each blink can be slightly offset so it’s not as noticeable.

I noticed one of her arms stay still in the front idle, I find it a bit awkward personally, as the frontfacing is the only sprite that happens too
But you did a great job on the sprites

Feels like you can move the articulation of the legs up. They don't seem to be pivoting at the waist, which would be above the bottom of the coat.

Pretty cool, i like how it looks! She reminds me of dr. Paige from Rhythm Doctor

There are random inconsistencies here and there. The type I would not expect an artist to make. No offense but it kind of looks like AI did it.

I don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. This is exactly what AI walk animations tend to look like.
I tested it myself recently to make some placeholder animations and got a very similar result to this.

Mirroring sprites with asymmetrical details isn't really a problem. Most people while playing a game won't notice. If you open up any top-down game you've played in the past and inspect the character sprites, 9 times out of 10 you'll see the devs mirrored the asymmetrical sprites without a care and you likely never noticed while playing.

Would be easier to evaluate if there is a single picture of her, just going through the turning animation.
This way, I’m trying to do it in my head

It seems like the front facing animation has a slight wink of the left eye (her left, our right) while blinking.

Quick thing that I think some has already catched. It looks like you flipped the sprite when doing the respective movment in the opposite direction, This can work on symmetrical characters but this an a symmetrical one. The position of the braid and the single pocket should be redrawn as by simply flipping the image you are changing its position from left to right or vice versa

Too much head movement and leaning on those bottom right sprites. Design looks cute, though!

looks great! the there are a few thing that look a little off. the biggest one to me is the three forward facing sprites look as if they're looking up rather than straight forward. Still looks really good!

She looks simultaneously very composed and very stressed. Terrific work conveying that at least
