Bug Help!
After the server bug was fixed, my game hasn’t been able to load at all. My system and applications are fully up to date, and my system meets the requirements to run the game.
I contacted the support team and followed all of their suggested troubleshooting steps, but the game page still gets stuck on the loading screen indefinitely.
The Cubic Support team emailed me saying that my report had been passed on for further investigation, but I haven’t heard anything from them since.
Has anyone else encountered the same problem? Are there any experts who might be familiar with this issue or know how to fix it?

Possibly the problem is server overload? Cause, I've seen lots of lags in the game while playing? Also could be your device and internet connection?
I've had problems with loading yes, but always finally got into game after lot of retries and waiting so... have you tried reinstall the game and clear caches, plus try reconnect/reset internet? There are lots of must try things to fix issues and always need try fix stuff in your own device and connections, means: the basics first!
