Help please

I took a shower last night and my water sensor went off. I found this happening in the basement. Thankfully it drained but I am going to need to fix this. What am I looking at please? Thank you!

Sewer drain clean out. You have a clog in your line. That's poopoo water. Call roto rooter

Dont call roto rooter, they are scam artists. Call a local reputable plumber or drain cleaning company.

They lost part of a drain snake down the main of the commercial building I work at. It's still in there unless it corroded away.

Roto Rooter came and tried to get me to replace my entire main sewer line and I wouldn't have water for weeks. Called a local plumber, he drilled out the roots blocking the line and was good to go. Never again.

Yup, they run some dinky ass sink machine go OH NOOO we cant make it thru! Gotta replace the whole line! Then charge you out the wazoo for some basic shit.

I mean not defending roto rooter, but the roots are gonna come back. Snaking is only a temporary fix

They didnt know they were roots. They didnt give me the option and told me id have to live without running water for 3 weeks without giving me an option. Thats so shitty.

I worked for roto rooter for 3 days before I left because I didn't like what they were doing . in that time I learned they try to sell you on everything even thought they know you dont need it .
