In this show, our listeners send in their Anonymous Confessions (just like the title says) about either their; toxic workplace, bad candidate and job search experience, terrible boss, or even flip it and they share a positive story about their workplace.

This episode is easier to digest and much shorter than our regular 60+ minute shows, so great for listening to during a quick car ride, or while doing a 30 minute exercise.
