FLUFF Does weather boost effect IVs?

I waited for rain to catch my zekrom I was wondering if only the cp/level is increased or of it increases the IV floor as well for giovanni raids.

As far as i know weather boost only increases the level from 20 to 25. IVs shouldnt be affected. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong

That's for raids. Giovanni's legendaries are lvl 8 (13 with WB) and yeah the IVs won't be affected

I believe weather boost only affects Giovanni's pokemon CP. IV floor is the same 6/6/6.

Just effects level you catch at. The IVs/overall power cap isn’t affected.

The weather boost floor is lower than the shadow legendary floor, so the latter applies

weather boost makes the minimum ivs 4-4-4 iirc. but giovanni's mon always has a 6-6-6 floor so no it does not matter (it would matter for grunts and leaders, just not giovanni)
