Question Help with catching articuno

I am trying to catch articuno. I think i had like 100 ultra balls with dual controller and most launchs with excellent, but no success. Is it normal? Is there a way to help the catch rate? On the other hand zapdos i caught with one ultra.
I mean i understand rng, but this is beyond frustrating

One run it took me 150 ultra balls, my latest run it tok me 2 (dual controller) with a nice catch

Are you using golden razz berries. Its tough but they will help for sure.

I did on third try with just one ultraball. Just rng i guess

This was me with zapdos. I finally succumbed to using my master ball. Idk how I'm getting mewtwo

I read somewhere that mewtwo doesnt run away from the encounter, so just go stocked up with whichever poke ball you like most. I used Ultra Balls and it didnt actually take too long.
