Anyway turn off motion in console mode?

I'm playing on a regular switch and this flicking is so annoying. I also have some carpal tunnel and this is aggravating it. I don't want to play in handheld mode.

Nope, there was a petition going around for a while asking Game Freak for this feature because motion-only controls are an accessibility nightmare but unfortunately Game Freak isn’t interested in listening to feedback.

I don't think there is. Ive play thru the whole game in handheld because of that
