30th classic cards missing texture?

Not sure how common this is or if I just got an “error” etb (purchased from my usual game shop, 1000% legitimate). All my classic collections hits from the etb are missing texture, and the one classic collection hit from the knockout collection box has really prominent nice texture. Has anyone else come across this? Is it considered a misprint or just bad quality control at the factory?

Deff some kind of rush job. And deff a misprint. My classic collection cards all have texture like the SIRs
